Thai Me Liverpool

We decided to try out this new restaurant for my birthday- huge mistake!!! We were sat up the back & basically ignored for 30mins until we finally got a waiters attention & told him we'd like to order. As 2 families with youngish kids (8-10) we ordered 3 entrees & 5 main meals-including 1for a vegetarian. The curry puffs lacked any curry flavour & satay skewers we quite bland too. At least 30 mins after our entrees, 2 mains came out & we waited for the rest..... we sat there with the 2 plates still uneaten for at least another 15 minutes before we again flagged down a waiter & asked about the rest of our meals. He went to the kitchen & then 5 mins later another arrived- we informed them that there were still 2 missing. Again another trip to the kitchen - our meals are sitting there getting cold on the table as the vegetarian meal hadn't been delivered & we all wanted to eat together. Another 15 minutes goes by and other diners are being served around us & we are still missing 2 meals! A member of our party finally goes to the front & reminds them we are still waiting.... A little while later the Pad Thai is delivered & no vegetarian still. About an hour after the first meal was placed on the table the vegetarian stir fry finally arrives with a comment from the waiter "that there was a mixup in the kitchen" and we all eat (mainly luke warm food by this time) and then my vegetarian friend finds meat in her stir fry!!!! We couldn't be bothered to speak to them about it & as for re-cooking it how long would she have to wait again???? For such a large restaurant they really need to teach their staff how to look after certain tables/ sections and not wander around aimlessly..... If they want to have a business that has good reviews & returning patronage, they really need to think about customer service!!! I had read some negative reviews about the restaurant before booking, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I now wish I'd stuck with my favourite thai restaurant....

Great food, variety to choose from and enjoyed by the whole family. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you, will definitely be back again soon.

Amazing food and service. Highly recommended. I will definitely be coming back soon. I went there for iftar buffet. What a generous food for affordable price.

Good food and a very family friendly restaurant. During Ramadan the food is varied although could do with a few more vegetarian dishes. Overall a great experience.

Amazing place booking again next week! Food was fresh ajd hot service was really good my kids loved it as well highly recommend thai me!
