Great busy restaurant.... warm professional guys on the door and floor. The kitchen was heaving the night we were there and a good buzz in the dining room. We were just 2 with many tables of various sizes around us but it looked to me as though everyone was enjoying themselves. 1st visit. We’ll come back for the food and service. Michael made us feel like regulars - I think that’s the reason this place is so full. We love a place that looks after people properlyCiao Ragazzi! I just found this episode of the 30 minute Italian podcast. Cher is back introducing some verbs which she described as “linguistic roadblocks” we encounter when translating directly from the English language to the Italian. 1. Prendere 2. Introdurre 3. Avere 4. Mancare It’s a really snappy short clip and as usual she is very warm and engaging. I like her clips because they slot in with around about where we’re up to in our studies and enhance what we already know. She chooses interesting topics that bring the language to life and finishes every episode with a “cocktail part fact” which have got to come in handy somewhere. This episode she tells the story of the first astronaut to drink espresso in space, in 2015 from a Lavazza machine. Ci vediamo Vernedi! Zac .
