Quandoo has made the decision to cease operations in a planned and orderly manner.
Our platform will continue to operate, allowing you to discover restaurants and make new reservations until 30th September 2026. Our commitment is to provide you with clear and straightforward information to guide you through these changes.
What This Means For You
Most importantly, nothing changes for you immediately.
You can continue to make new reservations for any available date up until the 30th September 2026.
The Quandoo Loyalty Programme is being discontinued. You can continue to earn loyalty points until 30th June 2026 and redeem any eligible points until 30th September 2026. Please see the key dates below and our Diner FAQs for full details.
For your existing bookings, you can continue to manage them online until 30th September 2026. After this date, please contact the restaurant directly for any changes.
For any existing reservations with a dining date after 30th September 2026, your booking remains valid. We will provide the restaurant with all the necessary details for your visit.
Your Personal Data: Throughout this process, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us at dataprotection@quandoo.com.
