As always an evening at Afous is something special. Their Valentines Day menu was excellent and the warm and friendly greeting and service was wonderful. Highly recommended

All our meals tasted divine! The lamb tagine was especially good. Best garlic prawns we've had for years! The only negative was that the service was slow and we were charged $7 for some extra bread to go with our dips. Next time I dine there I'll know exactly what not to order!

Food was great. Service was super friendly. Byo was convenient.Only problem was owner refused to honour our Entertainment Book Card. He said he had a “special arrangement” with them that he only had to honour one card. (6 of us were dining). If you don’t want to honour the terms of the card, then don’t agree to be in it.

Afous is a local favourite. With the warmest welcome and attentive service. There's a great selection of delicious dishes (I've never had a dish that disappointed) and the desserts (with a spiced Turkish coffee) are a beautiful end to the meal. Perfect place to share some good food close to the water and enjoy the view!

We were greeted very warmly by Omar and his lovely team and the food was delicious. Our group of 4 also appreciated the fact that we were not rushed. So many restaurants now only offer 2 hour sittings which is just not enough time to enjoy the "experience". We did not feel any pressure at all to free up our table, so our evening was especially relaxed. Excellent service + wonderful food + BYO + no rush = we'll be back.

This restaurant is a must! From the minute you walk in through the door you will not be disappointed.

We visited at lunch on Saturday and were the first guests - nice and quiet! Food was lovely, though the paella was cooked onto the pan, losing some in the process. Lamb tagine - especially delicious. Mint tea refreshing but we'd like it to be hotter. Much heat lost in the aerating process, though it's fun to watch.
