Pleasant staff, good ambiance and very good food. The poppadoms were really light but the pickles etc which accompanied them were a bit stingy. My husband thought the madras curry was a little short of sauce but other than that the food was great.
Very good for Indian Sunday Lunch - special for Mothering Sunday. Wonderfully uncrowded; pleasant, helpful staff, good food; pleasant ambiance. Useful Car park at rear. Have been twice under this management - and will go again.
Staff very helpful and accessible without being overbearing . The atmosphere very good . The food is excellent along with the choices available , would suite all tastes .
We visited here early on a Sunday evening and this was our second visit to the restaurant. This visit, like the visit, was a wonderful experience. The food and service was exceptional. Each starter and main (there were four of us, each having a different dish) had a distinctive taste and the presentation was likewise a pleasure to behold. I really cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it's the best Indian food I've had in this country and that includes a great many I've had in the midlands where the choice of Indian restaurants is vast!
Service was first class. Food was delicious (and authentic!). Presentation was very impressive. Staff were attentive, personable and professional. Surroundings were both comfortable and smart. It was clear that the intention is to deliver high standards throughout. Delighted to say this was fully achieved. PS : Toilets were very clean and nicely decorated. Take note; whilst this may not be an area many may comment on, it illustrates an attention to detail and customer wellbeing often overlooked.
Spacious, clean, comfortable restaurant and the food was very good. The only problem was that we waited ages to have our order taken and it took a long time for our starters to arrive. We also had to ask several times for the bill. Even though it was a Saturday night the restaurant was not very busy so we were surprised by this as there seemed to be plenty of staff. We would recommend but maybe not if you're on a tight time schedule.
Food was exceptional, as always. Staff were attentive and friendly, and I was handed a bottle of Red wine on leaving the restaurant as it was my Birthday. Cannot fault Angeethi.
Yet another very satisfying meal at Angeethi - we had a nice table, service was really good and the food was excellent. We'll certainly be back...
Excellent food and service highly recommend. When the waiter realised a member of our party was having a birthday they brought out a slice of chocolate cake with a sparkler in the top and joined us in singing a round of happy birthday. Great night had by all.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ethos behind the menu was explained, and we found that the food was delicious. Definitely will go back again. They even do loyalty cards. Lovely idea.
Lovely warm welcome food great service fabulous nothing was too much trouble. Nice clean fresh table linen. Price was as well perhaps a bit high. But I think that was for the beers
looked after well by all the staff, meal excellent as usual, would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food is proper Indian food not greasy like some Indian restaurants
Lovely food and lovely service. Thank you! Would definitely Coke back again. Drinks quite cheap and all my family enjoyed their meals - a really good night out!
An very good experience with excellent service , The food was very nice and the overall dining experience was very good. The environment was also dry nice
Restaurant was clean and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was very nice and very good value for money. Will definitely return.
Beautiful food, lovely ambiance Staff very friendly, service not rushed The overall experience was excellent and we would highly recommend this restaurant, thank you very much
The food is fantastic, no matter what we've tried it's always delicious. The staff are so friendly. We go regularly and strongly recommend this restaurant.
Service was great very pleasant and helpful staff. Great choice of dishes and the food was excellent will definitely go again and would highly recommend
Wonderful night for our ruby wedding anniversary. Food was excellent and reasonable priced. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended, we will be returning soon.
Good service and fantastic flavour. The service was a little slow and we never got our second naan bread but it didn't spoil the meal.
The food was great but the service really suffered for whatever that night. It was fairly empty too, maybe it was just an off night. The food is totally worth it.
Nice food, but very quiet so rather a soulless atmosphere. Service a bit slow but pleasant. Management has now changed - used to be a nicer experience dining here.
food luke warm, service not very good considering they were not busy. Husbands curry was very sweet. They mucked the order up as well. Very disappointed. Would not rush back
