Thinking about making a Bel Fiore booking?

Hand-kneaded and tossed, the pizza dough at Dural’s Bel Fiore is what sets it apart – among other things – from other pizzerias in the Sydney area. With the perfect bit of crispness and the ideal amount of chewiness, the texture of the crust is simply flawless, and the perfect base for Bel Fiore’s incredible sauce and gourmet toppings. One of our favourite options is the pancetta, a pizza topped with mozzarella cheese, napolitana sauce, field mushrooms, pancetta, roasted capsicum, smoked scamorza cheese and parsley, and for the herbivores out there, we recommend the Vegetariana, topped with an array of fresh vegetables including sweet potato, capsicum and field mushrooms, plus pesto and olive oil.

Bel Fiore also makes fresh pasta, making the restaurant a magnet for Sydney’s foodies. Seafood lovers would do well to try the spaghetti and crab, which features blue swimmer crab meat, cherry tomatoes and a creamy pink white wine sauce, or the penne salmone, which includes smoked salmon capers and vodka in a white wine, garlic & lemon sauce. A unique dish that diners at Dural’s Bel Fiore rave about is the Mediterranean Pearls, gnocchi made with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan in a basil butter and napoletana sauce. There’s even a children’s menu featuring fantastic kids-sized pizzas and pasta dishes, so bring the whole family! Reservations are highly recommended.
