Everything was perfect and the food was amazing. Cant wait to return!

Delicious food, great ambience and service. I was running a bit late and Big Poppa’s were kind enough to check up on us and hold the table! Would definitely come back.

The heirloom tomato dish and veal special were both fantastic

I love the food and the service but I couldn't hear a thing because the music was too loud and everyone is shouting to be heard at their own tables.

The waiter was very abrupt when he explained that they. needed the table back in 2 hours. He also gave us the wrong wine... but it was still delicious

Amazing food, great cheese and wine! The service was fantastic as they sat us an hour early even though it was Saturday night just had to wait 15 minutes which was no issue as we had drinks in the underground bar. Awesome vibes and can't wait to come back. This is a Sydney dining must!!!

Amazing food with incredible cocktails. Atmosphere was great along with hip hop playing the best beats. Highly recommended for a different kind of night out with friends or just a couples date night.

Excellent food and fabulous service. The portions are great for sharing and beautifully presented. Everything from the cheeses to cured meats to pastas is absolutely delicious. The servers are knowledgable, passionate and attentive. We love everything about Big Poppa’s. Definitely a place to visit again and again with friends.

Outstanding food and such cool environment! We've had a bottle of wine, the AMAZING Tagliata and two pastas, one being the Lamb Ragu and and I've never had anything better! Loved it. And they trade late so you can have a 10/10 pasta late at night! :)

The main special was chewey. It also took quite a while to get someone’s attention to pay the bill. Entre and pasta main were amazing!

Our time at Big Poppa's was absolutely amazing. The food was 10/10 and the service was genuine and high class. I woke up thinking about the food - and wanting more! We even popped into the book shop next door which was also a very cute and quirky place. You have to visit Big Poppa's!

My date and I had an amazing time at Big Poppa’s. The service staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious, fresh and of outstanding presentation.

The Food was ok but small servings size for a main but was not able to take off ingredients like garlic etc because the food must be pre made, the service was good, the music playing was very loud

Great pasta, great wine, great music -- every time. Staff are also lovely! If you feel like kicking on, head downstairs for some after dinner drinks.

This is exactly what it says on the tin. It has excellent music, food and drinks! i wish we had something similar in London! Great night.

The staff were excellent. They took their time to explain the menu to us. The food was delicious. Especially the burrata and lamb ragu. We will definitely be back!

Service was impeccable. Food was delicious, and beautifully presented, however, the servings are quite small. We were particularly disappointed with the cheese platter. Considering the price of the cheese, recieving such a small slither of each variety was disappointing, especially when sharing between 6 people! Wouldn’t come here if you were looking for a hearty feed, but more to graze. All round a great atmosphere and music. Cocktails were also delicious.

Great, food, wine selection and service, not to mention such a fun atmosphere! One of my favorite restaurants in Sydney; friends from out of town were impressed :)

The restaurant couldn't be friendlier, with amazing food. The downstairs bar is another story. When I recommend this place, I often hear that the service is curt, and they wont return. On further investigation, theyve only been downstairs. My experience confirms this. It's like a different place. "You have to stand here to order", with an accompanying police wave of the arm...just one example. It's generally ok, but the restaurant is sublime.

Was seated in an empty upstairs dining area while they sat everyone else downstairs. Not a single other person in site. Brought us the wrong food, when we corrected them they then tried to charge us for both the correct and incorrect orders. They have two sizes of glasses of wine - the large one is microscopically small, but ok....

Brilliant food very thoughtfully prepared. Wine list and cocktails were superb. Outstanding service. The vibe was great and it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

Great service, overpriced drinks and food was quite expensive for how simple it was. But overall had a good time and the restaurant had a good vibe.

Food was excellent as ever but the service was unusually poor last Monday - especially considering that there was very few people there and plenty of wait staff. It was very disappointing and took the edge off my daughter’s 25th birthday celebrations.

Great service and delicious food. Special thanks to the barman downstairs who recommended a fabulous red at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Fantastic meal, I have been to Big Poppas on a number of occasions and the food has remained consistent and fabulous every time! The cocktails are also very delicious, I'd recommend the Lil nasty!

Came into have a late dinner for my friends birthday it was a Great vibe, staff were very attentive and the food was amazing. Really enjoyed ourselves
