Fresh flowers, fresh Di Bella coffee, fresh local ingredients built into the freshest breakfasts, lunches, dinners and bits in between. Cafe63, as a café-restaurant concept, has run amok in Brisbane and beyond, yet each branch of the family tree feels like a home and truly at home in whichever neighbourhood it puts down roots. Here in the Stafford City Shopping Centre, along Stafford Road, Cafe63 provides welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of a busy shopping precinct. And you’d better believe this popular spot is best approached armed with a reservation.
Cafe63’s breakfast menu is legendary across Brisbane. Add to this the fact that Cafe63’s many cafe-restaurant outlets have a near-universal policy of opening their doors at the crack of dawn to serve the properly early birds (5:30am here in Stafford), and you’ve got a first-rate selection of first-thing-in-the-morning food and drink – and coffee, lest we forget – that has to be seen, smelled, eaten and sipped to be believed. And, as if the Compton’s peak stack of toasted Turkish bread with bacon, eggs and more, washed down with a Jackie Chan fruit frappe with orange, apple and mango – deep breath – weren’t enough: you can pick up a bunch of fresh flowers to further freshen your day long after you’ve left.
Cafe63’s Stafford City Shopping Centre keeps it as seasonal as all the popular Brisbane café-restaurant outlets do. At the time of writing, Cafe63 Stafford was serving up its autumn favourites and specials. Although we do make a regular habit of it in real life, we don’t want to dwell on breakfast too much here. So, to lunch: try the Border Leicester. This local favourite is a wrap of slow-cooked lamb shoulder with spicy mayo, green leaves, slaw, tomato, feta and Greek yoghurt sprinkled with roasted macadamias. Sound tempting? Book a table at Cafe63’s Stafford Road location, in the shopping centre, and find out why Cafe63 is synonymous with quality café fare in Brisbane.
Always very pleased with all cafe 63 my friends and l visit. Pleased there are more cafe 63 becoming availiable in different suburbs. Friends and l often eat at cafe 63 at Eaton’s Hills.
I really enjoyed cafe 63. The Stafford branch is the best one I have ever been too. The coffee was amazing and the food was great and came out really fast. The service was phenomenal and I could not be happier with the whole experience.
Great food, huge servings with almost unlimited menu choices. The staff are friendly and its quick service. Keep up the good work. Will be happy to return
We had a very big table for Father's Day Lunch. We all received excellent service and great food! We will definitely be back :) Thank you!
We were 9 of us at the cafe for lunch on Tuesday 28/11. First off the experience was unsatisfactory as the cafe staff had no idea of an online reservations booked with yourselves. Luckily they had a table available and set it up then and there when we were expecting to have a reserved table. When we were all seated we were not approached with appropriate menus. There was an All Day Breakfast menu on the table and I had to ask for the Lunch and Dinner Menu which was actually in trays right beside us at the restaurant counter but the waitress went around all other tables looking for menus. I had also seen a Spring Specials menu online but the staff had no idea of this. In so saying and being disappointed with these non actions, what we ordered came through reasonably quickly and the food was very good. And we would all agree it was good value for money. Happy to go back to the cafe but the staff do need to be better trained. Thanks,
Whenever I go to Café 63 at Stafford, the thing I always love is the friendliness of all the staff, and the prompt service no matter how busy it is. This morning for instance was Mother's Day, and we were there at the busiest time with a very full restaurant. Regardless of how busy it was, the service was prompt, the coffee hot, and the food delicious. Thank you Café 63 for a wonderful Mother's Day brunch. Regards, Kaye S.
Had a very pleasant lunch there yesterday. Despite staff not realising we’d made an online booking for 8 ( only that morning), they weren’t put out and quickly put tables together for us. They’ve redone the menus - hurray ! Much less complicated and easier to read. Food was very good and reasonable prices which is why there was a steady flow of customers.
A group of us are becoming regular visitors to Cafe 63 at Stafford Shopping Centre. We find it good value for money. However the service could be better. And what was with the rationing of table water? The waitress came over with one 650ml of bottled water for a table of 6 and asked if we wanted another one??? On our previous visit we were provided one bottle each and there were 18 of us.
Friendly staff, good food and coffee. Quick service but they didn't hurry us out when we'd finished. They also gave us plates and a knife for a birthday cake we'd brought and a takeaway container for the leftovers pieces. Great place. Will be back.
Stafford Cafe 63 was reasonably priced with an excellent menu choice. Very popular cafe but coffee and food was served within a reasonable time frame; tad noisy due to numbers dining but overall very good.
