Staff werent very friendly on this visit. Breakfast was burnt Drinks came out after the food.

We booked a table inside. But we ended up at a table outside by the door, everyone was looking at us while they waited for a table, I didn’t feel comfortable, not a great experience.

Wonderful lunch out with friends. Beautiful weather to sit outside and enjoy the winter sun. Great food. Error made with order but staff were quick to resolve.

Pork was a little dry. Wait staff could be more attentive, ordering was slow, they don't come around after mains to ask if you want anything else

Usually very good, but had a few bookings overlooked on the day , the service was very slow staff was stressed . Food was not up to standard , won’t go back on another Father’s Day , but will go back non busy time !!!

We have dined here numerous times previously and always looked forward to returning. This experience was poor. One server was all but straight out rude. Once the order was placed it took almost an hour to be served. Initial coffee order was not hot. A second coffee order was placed and had not been delivered to the table almost an hour later when the meals were delivered and had to be re-ordered. Meals were not hot. Two meals had burnt and dry gratins. One of the meals ordered was bacon, eggs & grilled tomatoes. It was served with no bacon. The server (the same one who was all but rude) rolled her eyes when asked to return the meal to the kitchen for the bacon to be added. We were all very disappointed with this visit.

Food took a while to come out but they were very busy ... happy with food and service Thankyou !

Food came out cold, burnt pancakes and waited ages for coffees. They were extremely busy so don’t go there on weekends.

Staff were very accommodating as we needed more chairs than expected. Meals and drinks were very prompt even with a very large number of people. Loved being able to celebrate our daughters christening at cafe 63
