Chinta Kechil

Amazing food, amazing staff and amazing service. Greeted by friendly faces throughout. Recommended if you're after a great meal. Will be back again very soon.

Never disappointing. I find a new 'favourite' dish every time I eat there. The staff and atmosphere are always great and it is easily the best Malaysian food in Sydney.

The Service and food was great. Also very accommodating to my food allergies and was impressed by their GF menu. I will recommend everyone try it once at least!

Food was, as always, tasty and well presented. Service is prompt and unobtrusive. Meat and Prawn Dumplings are super delicious and so hot. Straight out of the pot!

The service was exceptional as was the food. The prawn dumplings definitely a winner as was the shredded beef. Great flavours and friendly, helpful staff. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent: fast and efficient service, good fresh food. Only one thing ... though everything is good, I do wish the dining menu had more variety and was changed from time to time.

The food was sensational and the service was spot on. The only reason I didn't offer a 6 was the table next to us sat the most rude and disrespectful bunch of young and ignorant morons, talking so loud and on their mobile devices, absolutely no table manners. I realise this is not the fault of Chinta Kechil staff however, maybe they could have asked them to consider other diners and keep it down a bit.

If you're familiar with the Chintia Ria restaurant that used to be in Darling Harbour, then this is the place for you. The service was friendly, the food came out fast and if you remember the place in Darling Harbour, the cuisine is excellent. One of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. My only negative comment would be the size of the place (I've got a family of 6) and the difficulty I had making a booking. Please check it out if you want good food with fast and friendly service, you'll walk away with the same smile I have every time I dine there!

Great atmosphere with forest printed drapes and wooden floor boards. Homey style food, casual but delicious. Make sure you visit early in the evening, they get quite busy.

Chinta is always great. The food and service are always of a high standard for a casual restaurant. They were very accommodating of our young babies too

food almost as good as the old Chinta ria :) but the room was a bit cold. Service was great very attentive staff and food came quickly.
