Really great restaurant. Good vibe. Maybe a little loud for my liking because of the building structure and sound bouncing off the floors and walls but overall just fantastic food and on a Tuesday ridiculously good value for money.

The best tacos in Sydney and a great price, just a bit noisy at times which is understandable with so many people.

I liked the tacos, but the staff were cold and unfriendly, and very focused on pushing us out the door as soon as we'd had our main meal.

Contrabando did not disappoint. The team were attentive and the tacos were delicious. The Fish taco is my favourite.

First visit since move to the new(ish) location - nowhere near as cool now! Food as good, just a standard middle of the road venue now with little atmosphere and much more surly staff. Really disappointing if you’ve been to the old Contrabando, still good food though.

Always love to visit Contrabando. Great tacos and a great atmosphere.
