Entrees such as the warm chicken terrine with Jerusalem artichoke and black garlic and the seared scallops with panko crumbed pork belly are ideal for starting off your dinner on the right foot, and antipasti like the house-made salumi and prosciutto with grissini and melon are perfect for sharing with tablemates before dining on mains ike saffron spaghetti with seafood and green pea risotto with goats curd, tendril salad and pistachio crumble. Favourites here include the duck breast and leg with parsnip puree, baby carrots and puffed grains, as well as the Western Plains pork belly served with baby turnips and apple vanilla puree. For dessert, we highly recommend the vanilla cheesecake with blueberries, citrus jam and honeycomb, or the cheese platter featuring local and imported varieties.
