Dejavu Tapas Restaurant

Nice & trendy tapas restaurant upstairs with small garden seating. Food was quite good & we enjoyed the few cocktails that we ordered. It was a good ladies night out, will go again.

Sad this place has closed. A great place for vegans

I really really loved deja vu bar! The ambience and atmosphere is amazing, I love the balcony area. The food was delicious and healthy with lots if begetarian options. And the cocktails were photo worthy!

Delicious vegan food and the staff are great! Don’t have too many cocktails though, as the stairs on the way down can be a little tricky!

What's not to like? From the moment we stepped through the front door we were greeted with great service, delicious food and drinks, and a lovely ambience!

Small intimate restaurant that is 80% vegan 20% meat (I am a fussy no veggies kinda person and I still loved it). Great presentation on food and heaps of effort put into their cocktails. Excellent service. Food was perfect and was regularly left jaw dropped staring at my partner in disbelief. Definitely coming back.

We went for dinner here on Saturday night and were greeted with some super yummy food and fabulous cocktails. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again.

Fantastic venue with beautiful friendly staff. Incredible menu, lots of vegan options and specials nights. Can't wait for warm sunny days and the open rooftop to open!

Food was interesting and had good flavour. Music was a little too loud in the absence of soft furnishings. The stair climb was a little off putting... but not an issue if the lift is available?

Great food, great drinks and even greater staff! Could not recommend Dejavu enough to be honest. We thoroughly enjoyed our night and were made to feel so special by the staff who were on. Highly, highly recommend Dejavu for anyone wanting an awesome night out and full tummies!

Great food and service. Chef's Platter a good selection of the tapas dishes. Can be a little noisy when full. I would return again, definitely recommended.

Food is amazing every time we go, secret nuggets and the dessert pizza have won my heart! Would highly recommend this place for sure :)

Was too cold outside without proper heating as gas ran out . Service was making a effort but very disfunctional - hard to get attention . Food was great but items were forgotten twice.

Beautiful deco and great atmosphere for weekday date night. The food was well flavoured and presented beautifully. We went on tapas night and had a great variety of delicious mini dishes ranging from truffle mushroom bruschetta, chicken satay (with on point macadamia sauce!) and cauli pops! The staff were lovely though we had to wait a while to be seated even though most of the tables were available. Faster service would be better. Thank you.

Nice atmosphere, cool vibe, food was delicious and staff were friendly. So many vegan options I was spoiled for choice. The sauces have really good flavors.

Food portions weren’t overly generous and quite a long wait for food to come out even though there was only the two of us dining. Food was yummy, although more dipping sauces would have been nice.

Yummy pizza 😀 and nice veggie skewers. The coconut pannacotta was delicious too. Enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for vegans and vegetarians. I had the house Shiraz and my partner had the Boondie Pale Ale. All good.

The experience was amazing and so was the food! I loved that there was so many plant based food that even my non vegan friends loved eating. The staff was super friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Food was average and quite expensive for the portion size. We had the hummus which could hardly be described as such, with old capsicum and carrot. Not going back in a hurry. Nice view

Amazing food, wonderful service. It's a vegan dream! Cold outside on wobbly chairs - heaters and lower tables with sturdy chairs would make the experience awesome.

Amazing friendly service and incredible food the desserts are so good! Explore the menu and make sure you try the sticky torn potatoes they are insanely tasty.

Excellent service and amazing food. Our second time to Dejavu was even better than before. Their cocktails are divine and this time we tried one of their charcoal pizzas - amazing! We'll be back again, I'm sure of it!

Great service, but too expensive for what you get...100$ for a tasting platter entree and 3 drinks. Also, the ambiance was not great. The lights are too strong and there is no ambiance. I think the concept haven’t be thought properly. French expression for the name of the restaurant , mostly vegan food and native Australian ingredients... nothing make sense

A group of six of us went to Dejavu on Friday night and we were all so happy with our evening there. The cocktail waiter was so helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me choose an amazing drink to start. We worked our way through the vegan tapas menu and loved every single item! Followed by desert pizza! So happy. The food was amazing but also the friendly staff and lovely view from the rooftop, made it a night to remember. Thank you.

Excellent service & excellent food. This is a perfect place to go eat. Friendly, comfortable and relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend it and will be going again.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The tall tables and seating was very uncomfortable and unstable. THe food was ok, but nothing too special... the venue on the roof top was great!

Great Vegan options that are actually delicious especially the jackfruit nuggets. Reasonably priced. Great cocktail selection and wine list. Nice location on the rooftop and good service.

They serve very nice food, good ambiance and friendly proactive staff who gives you advice what to eat and drink. Not the best view but really a place I would recommend!
