Anyone even slightly in the know about the joys of Vietnamese cuisine will know that pho, as Vietnam’s national dish, is eaten day in, day out across the whole of the country. At Eat Fuh in Sydney’s Marrickville, therefore, pho takes centre stage, and the mission is simple: turn pho lovers into Fuh-natics. How do they do it? Eat Fuh pride themselves on authenticity, fresh ingredients and booming Vietnamese flavours, that’s how. The restaurant is excellently-located on Illawarra Road and the pho has not been going unnoticed – Eat Fuh is wildly popular hence we suggest reserving a table way, way in advance.
Eat Fuh wants you to do just as their name suggests: eat their pho. This beloved Vietnamese dish is taken to the next level at this Sydney restaurant, where they’re slinging out colourful bowls of pho with a range of traditional – and some untraditional – ingredients. At their location on Illawarra Road in Marrickville, you can take a tour of the wide range of pho possibilities the restaurant has to offer, but once you try their signature bowl, we’re sure you won’t look back.
Sydney’s Eat Fuh creates their famous broth inside of a massive vat where they slowly simmer a huge range of ingredients to create their unique, flavourful brew. This delicious base features a range of subtle flavours that blend to create a one of a kind base that comforts and soothes just with the aroma alone. But wait until you taste it – the noodles are cooked to perfection with just the right amount of bite, and the beef is extremely tender and packed with flavour. There’s an open kitchen at this Marrickville restaurant, so you can even watch as the chefs whip up your selection. No matter what you opt for at Eat Fuh, it’s gonna be incredible. Reserve a table ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
I am a regular here and this place has an Excellent customer service. Fresh ingredients and food was tasty. My two friends really enjoyed their dining experience.
The food was great and tasty. . Very quick service and helpful staff. Casual eating inside and on street options. Would eat there again when in Darlinghurst .
Awesome food and quick service. We had the large pho and was enough for two people. Also, the cream brulee was very tasty for an aftertaste
