I’ve been there few times and always left satisfied with the food and service.

food is good but we have to wait 30minutes prior to our reservation which is understandable coz its valentines.

it was good experience and the food also nice. just need more salad option as we only had one salad which is greek salad

The order that the food is served is confuse, the staff is not trained or suppervisioned and also the food is just at the average. Another that we didn't like is that the tables are big and everyone seats are the same table, there is no privacy at all. In general I would say that my experience was poor, wouldn't recommend. Food was good and staff friendly. Good variety of meat. We were asked by the waitress if we wanted rice/potatoes for our sides but we never recieved them. Overall we enjoyed our experience. Good value in comparison to other all you can eat Brazilian bbq’s.

Not impressed we where kept waiting for a table and reserved ! Then we had to wait over 20 mins just for out first drinks!!! Then to top it off the waiting time was a good 10 mins between the food coming round : and the food was not cooked well either. Little disappointing

It took atleast 30 minutes and 5 follow ups for our water and 2 cokes to come out. I returned the jug of water because it wasn’t clean, and it never came out after an additional 20 minutes. We barely got any of the food, we were basically forgotten, even after my numerous complaints. 50 minutes of waiting and we still never received any sides such as rice? What was the point of me attempting to politely follow it up when nothing was even delivered? After 50 minutes of being in there , we decided to leave and we were still hungry. We voiced our complaints again and we weren’t even compensated or anything. The lady made it out like she was doing us a favour for not charging my son, when it clearly states 5 year olds eat for free. We go here every year for Valentine’s Day and this has been far the most disappointing dining experience I have ever experienced. I use to speak highly of this restaurant, and now this place has ruined our day. Never ever returning!

The worst experience I have ever had in Sydney. I booked the table for 20:30, I got there 20:20 no one was there to greet us. We talked to the manager, the guy who was making drinks and he said that its how they work, It was a very aggressive behaviour coming from a person who is said to be the manager of the establishment. After talking to 3 or more people someone got us a table, FYI we were able to sit at 9pm. After all, I thought things could get better, but no. Unfortunately it was not good, waiting 15 minutes to get water, the meats took a long time to be served, the same type of meat was being served, cheese bread was not served, the whole time they were serving pineapple. It took 35 to get our drinks when we finally got them the flavor was wrong and the waitress said that there wasn’t the flavor we ordered no more, I’ve asked a beer instead took it another 20 min to get it when I got it was warm. The place says it all you can eat but they come around with food every 20 min. We weren’t Even served once the famous rump steak. Disappointing was the word of my Valentine’s Day dinner.

Most of the food was good. Nice waitresses however we did have to ask twice for more sides/dips and then actually had to get up and ask a third person to bring them to us as the previous two waitresses didn’t. We also had to ask twice for our beers to come to the table too... I think the restaurant was way too busy and not enough staff and the seats are very uncomfortable. Assuming this is so you can’t sit there too long (eating more food)

Food was nice but no point in having nice food if they don’t give it to you. When we arrived they took a drink order from us we wait med 50 minutes it didn’t arrive and in that time only one piece of chicken arrive which my girlfriend took and then the waiter never even came back with some for me me. Whenever they come out with fresh stuff the start from the beginning but never reach the rams table where I was sitting. Whoever sat closer to the bar got well fed

Great atmosphere and food. Always bringing out food non stop, had a 715 res on a Friday night and was the perfect time. Next time in in Sydney I'll be back.

It's always a great time at Espetus. Excellent food, drinks and service. Everybody left very satisfied.

We have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions and have visited other churrasco restaurants almost one hundred times previously and we were extremely satisfied with our experience tonight. The variety and speed at which the food was served was exceptional and I could not fault the service. I could not be happier about my tasty and plentiful meal tonight. Special shout out to the chicken wrapped bacon, my choice meat of the evening.

Not the first time I've come here. But I must say that each time of my visit, Espetus is able to out perform than my previous visit. Revamped menu including all the Brazilian BBQ highlights; Delicious and very well seasoned food; always welcoming and thoughtful wait staff member... You name it! Last but not least, the dinner price of $45 pp represents great value among similar restaurants. I'd like to rate it as the best Brazilian BBQ joint Sydney has to offer. Keep up the good work guys!

Adorei a comida e o atendimento! O espaço também é bastante agradável. Levei um casal de Australianos para provar o churrasco brasileiro e eles adoraram foi uma excelente escolha.

Loved the food , service was good and prices reasonable. It was very busy and very noisy, so quite hard to Talk to others on our table.

We waited for chicken hearts but they never came. We asked 5 times and no one came back to tell us if or when they were coming. It felt like more salad came around than meat Food was fairly good.

The staff team is amazing, I want to go again.
