Service was good and very prompt, food came quickly and was good quality. A few issues with their menu and they didn't have a kids menu printed but easy fixes. Would go again
staff and meals were great. service was excellent. The coffee machine was not working properly and they tried there best. would go again the food was excellent
Took our order not along after we arrived and kids meals and soup entrees took 40 mins. 3 mains arrived 5 mins after entree and other 4 mains took another hour, of which 3 were inedible. These 3 mains were taken off the bill and 20% discount off the remainder but not nearly enough to compensate for the incompetent FOH and BOH staff. Will NEVER EVER go back. I'll be surprised if this place is still open in 6 months.
We had a lovely Mother's Day breakfast. We had never been here before (booked last minute as our first choice cafe was booked out), but were happy with our experience and will certainly look at booking again. Yummy meals, helpful staff and nice outlook!
Fantastic meal at Frankston Waterfront, the Seafood Paella was delicious. Great location and very friendly staff. We all look forward to coming back again soon.
The meals were slightly small, compared to other brekkie places and service was very slow for a breakfast spot, normally omlettes are quite large and big breakfast wasn't anything special.
Had to prompt the staff on several occasions for water, glasses, cutlery.. something that you should be asked not have to ask for. The table of 10 before us were able to split their Bill, yet our table of 5 were not able too (they could split it evenly 5 ways but not split our individual meals, we only had a drink and a main each, don't understand how this was much more effort, especially considering there was 3 staff and we were one of 2 tables occupied). Menu was okay, yet slighly uninspiring. Overall, a poor experience from a newly opened cafe that should be making sure the experience shared by their locals was a more positive one.
Hit and miss with this place. I asked for my coffee to be hot - luke warm at best. My eggs weren't cooked properly and when I flagged this with the staff they didn't seem phased. Disappointed and felt like a waste of my money.
