Fresh Fusion Hub in Sydney’s Newtown is an absolute treat. As the name suggests, all the food on the menu is fresh, and there’s a fusion of cuisines from all over the world. From Italian, French and other European big-hitters to Mexican and some Asian-style options as well, there’s something for everyone here. But don’t be thinking that quantity means quality goes out the window, as the truth is far from it. Indeed, the team in the kitchen at Fresh Fusion Hub put real emphasis on fresh, responsible ingredients and the menu is full of vegan, halal and gluten-free options, too. You’ll find Fresh Food Hub on King Street, right by the bus station, and it’s very wise to arrive having made a reservation in advance.
Only a few people in restaurant so thought food delivery was slow and I wonder how they would go on a busy night. That said, the waiter was excellent, he was both friendly and prepared to assist with suggestions. The food itself was fresh, tasty and the steak cooked med rare as requested. The restaurant is easy and relaxed and having high ceilings and interesting nooks and crannies, it makes for a less noisy environment.
3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal but the 4th has some food allergies and their meal came out after we all had finished eating. Embarrassing for all of us and we missed the start of our show because we had to wait well over an our for that last meal to come out if the kitchen.Shame.
