Three venues just wasn’t enough to satisfy Brisbane’s love for this local burger joint, so Fritzenberger has gone and done it again – opening a fourth home along Little Stanley Street in South Bank! The concept is the same (why change something that definitely doesn’t need fixing?!) so you can expect the holy trio of frites, burgers and craft beers brewed onsite. All the burgers are made from proper ingredients without any weird surprises. The beef is responsibly sourced from Byron Bay Hinterland, and the additional fresh ingredients are of the highest quality, and even includes hydroponic lettuce. As well as meaty patties, vegetarians get treated to a field mushroom straight from the Sunshine Coast which has been crumbed and injected with cheese. The sides are as good as they come, featuring the iconic frites, loaded frites, Korean spiced wings and mac n cheese balls. Top it off with one of the Fritzenberger brews on tap, and you’ll be smack bang in your happy place.
