So, let’s talk about the Fritzen-delicious things on the Fritzenberger Wilston menu, shall we? First and foremost, everything is locally sourced and high-quality. The beef is 100% grass-fed and sourced from the Byron Bay hinterland, while the mushrooms for the veggie burger come from the Sunshine Coast. Happily for us, Fritzenberger is also open for breakfast to feed the hungry Brisbane masses some of the best brekkie burgers and eggy delights in the city. We love the bacon Benedict burger; Fritzen green bowl and Fritzen egg in a jar with creamy American-style mac n’ cheese. Delicious.
