Contemporary southern Italian cuisine finds its way to the heart of the River Valley district at Grissini, a restaurant and grill at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront on Havelock Road. Helmed by Naples-born chef Antonio Cocozza, Grissini presents a modern take on classic Italian pizzas, pastas, premium meats and seafood from its stylish premises right by the edge of the Singapore River.

Start off with Grissini’s fine selection of cold cuts, in which you’ll find the Iberico de cebo and mortadella, among many others. For pastas, we’ve heard good things about the linguine with fresh Boston lobster, while an outstanding pizza you’ll want to try is none other than the signature bianca topped with black truffle paste, aged bacon, mozzarella and fresh basil. Don’t miss out on the meats here – baked and grilled in a special Josper oven to juicy perfection – nor any of the delectable desserts, such as the best-selling limoncello tiramisu. There's a change in menu. We had the spring chicken stuffed with spinach and the beef tenderloin. The sides of the beef tenderloin have been changed and the tenderloin is grilled just right. The chicken is delicious.

The service was very good. I love the lamb and lobster Capallini I ordered. I will definitely go back again especially with the 30% discount.
