Great meal in a great place, celebrating a birthday for my son

The music was way too loud. You couldn't even have a conversation. I've been to several hard rock cafe's but the loudness has never been an issue. This time it was ridiculous.

A great night out. Food and service was excellent. Our waitress looked after us throughout the night. Music and atmosphere was as you would expect - lots of fun.

Great table, friendly staff, cold starters but quickly changed. Outside tables offer great views of the harbour. Great kids activities page & manager cam around to check all was good...

Took a group of kids for a birthday celebration. Wasn't booked as a party but staff still made them feel like rockstars. Great atmosphere and vibe!

Everything is basically fine, but they're so busy you're no more than a number, which is not reflected in the price. Either the quality of service needs to go up, or the price needs to go down

Food was absolutely terrible. Cocktails were good thats why i gave it a 1. I would never go back. I didnt even touch my dinner it was that bad.

Food was great, service awesome, very fast with our meals. Only problem we had was that the music was very loud, especially for our 2 little girls (under 10). But in saying that, the music is part of the vibe. Very happy overall 😊

Quick service, best ever thick shake. Legendary Burger was filling, very good patty and kids meal was a good size. I would definitely go again

Still had to wait half an hour for a table. My husband waited 15 mins for a beer 😕 service was not good! Very disappointed.

Waitress great but we kept being offered other tables' food and drinks. Was hard not being able to have a burger because they didn't have gluten free buns available. But atmosphere was great.

Outdated! They definitely need to refurb the place. Our chips were cold, burger was standard and the place was dead. Won't be going back again.

The steaks were good despite the one that was not ordered. The waiter brought 2 similar instead of two different. unfortunately, it was understood later.

Great place to take the children. The staff were extremely friendly and made the children feel very welcome. Food was delish and value was great. Definitely take the family back.

Great seats and good food. Pleasant staff. Main courses took a long time to arrive. After a short wait we were told it would be an extra fifteen minutes or so because our son asked for a well done burger which didn't make much sense. But food good when it did arrive.

Have eaten here 3 times and not been dissapointed. Good food and good selection of cocktails. Staff are attentive, although it can get very busy. I would advise to go during the non-peak hour periods. Can get loud but I enjoy the atmosphere.

Get there on Valentine's Day. Extremely busy day for them. From the professional team. Everyone so energetic and Welcomeing Very good vibe dining experience ! Highly recommend. Will difinitly go back ! Plus they hv the best nachos !

We were in Sydney for Vivid. We had a great meal, waitress was also very good as the restaurant was very busy at the time.

Great vibe and very good service. Had the ribs and they were very good. Sit outside in the balcony if you can, amazing view of Sydney.

We took my parents here while they were in town. Friendly atmosphere and staff. We enjoyed our burger while working our way through the cocktail menu. I would definitely come back.
