Great venue, wasn't too crowded, great play area for the kids. Music act was great. Been here a few times now. Easy parking. Good food for all.

It took 90 minutes for our food to come out. Didn’t blame the poor staff serving, management knew there were 5 large tables booked this evening and should have put more staff on, especially in the kitchen. Very clear that the establishment is more focused on profit than customer satisfaction and staff morale.

I booked a table but we couldnt find one with our name but there were a lot of empty tables. The service was great and food was great aswell

Air conditioning not working properly. So very hot while eating dinner. Got told had not been working properly all day. I had rang and changed number of guests and said no worries however not changed when we got there so had to get another table and chairs added. Eftpos not working so paying for drinks was not good. Pool tables were out of order so this was disappointing. Especially when we were there to celebrate 2 birthdays and picked hotel elermore over other places. Overall very disappointed with our night

Our first time at this establishment and the service was great, we were accommodated for as extra people attended the Birthday Party Thank-you ladies for your help and hospitality, Food was absolutely fantastic Everyone was amazed at there size portions and loved their food. I got the Tacos and to be honest they definitely hit the spot and really big as well. Delicious food and everyone had a great experience. Recommend this restaurant and will definitely be wanting to return again.👍🏾

We chose to book inside as it was a very hot day today, it was boiling inside as air con either no working or broken as we were told both. There should be ceiling fans or at least we could of been notified how there is no air con working as we would of gone elsewhere.

It can be tough catering for a large group however Hotel Elermore do it very well.

Food was great and came out quickly, music bingo was fun!

Barramundi didn’t taste like barramundi. Apart from that everything was fine

Was extremely noisy, but I was disappointed when asked if I could have the entree of salt and pepper calamari as a main meal and pay extra for the chips and salad but all one plate as other restaurants have done that for me only to be told I would have to have them as 3 separate bowls so I went for a schnitzel instead. My husband ordered a panacetta pasta meal and it was a kids size meal ( we were a group of 5 and all asked if I ordered a kids meal) my husband is not a big eater but he complained. Lastly my son in law who lived in Melbourne ordered the Wagu Steak which he always has in Melbourne so knows what it tastes like commented that it wasn’t Wagu, his words were his steak tonight had no flavour and normally Wagu almost melts in your mouth, but tonight it was chewy . Sorry but we’re disappointed . The other 2 meals were Ok Regards Jenny S

Food very average compared to 12 months ago in terms of selection, taste, cooking of food and portion size. Probably won’t be back. Thoroughly enjoyed the food last year.

None of the TV's were working throughout the pub and couldnt hear any music, no atmosphere. The sauces (gravy and diane) were watery with no flavour. Otherwise food and service was good.

Our experience was great. Food was delicious staff serving meals were so efficient and nice No long wait for food was excellent Only thing was the air was freezing !

We ate in the bar area, as the air conditioner temperature in the restaurant was way too cold to be able to sit and enjoy in comfort

1. Ordered cheese & bacon garlic bread to come out as entree. Arrived as cheese only bread. Sent back and obviously they just added bacon and cooked for another 10 minutes. Bread was rock hard and inedible. Arrived to table after mains. 2. Ordered two kids meals (one nuggets, one cheeseburger). Order a gravy with each and only one arrived. Cheeseburger patty was so dry, like it was cooked 5 days ago and then reheated. Child couldn’t eat it. 3. Steak sandwich should be called salad sandwich with a tiny hint of steak. 3 thin slices of steak on a roll, for $24 seems quite expensive 4. Pepper sauce with schnitzel was cold. 5. When we made the complaints, the service wasn’t that nice even though we were polite about the issues. At the end of the day, when you pay for something, you kinda of expect to receive that, especially when you pay a premium for it (example paying $2.50 for each tub of gravy and only receiving one). 5. The extra charges to pay via card. Not advised prior and no signage around the register to advise. On a $140 bill, a $2.10 charge to pay via card. Only real positives was that the kids enjoyed the playground and the table of 15 meals all arrived around the same time (although it took roughly 43 minutes when we were the first to order at 1145). Would we return? Sadly no. Wasn’t an enjoyable experience and no one was super impressed with their meals.

Thursday Special 200g Rump Steak, chips & salad Sauce extra $2.50 enough for 2 serves. Steak was tender & cooked medium as ordered, chips were nice & crispy. Meal was served within 10 mins & was hot. Very enjoyable meal

Unfortunately, the food was not great today. Mine was stone cold, my husbands got a steak sandwich with a very tiny piece of steak on it, the kids burger is the size of a slider burger. We have been here before and it was great but today very different.
