Perfect location for a simple drink or a nice meal. Food was fresh and menu good. Lots of choices. Service quick.
Unfortunately our food was not to standard. We had one meal that the vegetables were still frozen and another where the burger was cold and bacon not cooked. They offered to recook the steak & vege meal but it would be 40 minutes, everyone had there meals and were nearly finished by this time, we got a refund insteAd. However for the burger, there was no acknowledgment or options offered, very dissapointed.
The food was so disappointing. You used to serve such a good breakfast, but the last few times we have done it has been so disappointing. Service is fine, you just need to overhaul your breakfast menu. Simple, fresh and editable is all customers are after. We sadly won’t be back.
The prices were very expensive for the quality of food we received. The food did not reach our expectations, one of the lasagna dishes was served cold.
Booked a table but when arrived no table avail. We were told the 2 tables that we could sit at were busy. Eventually we got a table but not the pount
Our first time at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We parked our car in the complex hopped in the lift and walked in found our table ,staff were very friendly ,food was great, overall a great outing.
The food was really good and delivered very quickly. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and lovely to our kids.
Food was good. I was quite noisy and parents seem to allow children just to run where ever they liked. It is a pub I grant you but we were inside & would have hoped eother children were in the outside area or kept at least a little restrained
Food was great, atmosphere was awesome! Well designed and comfortable cute booths. Lots of different things on menu, plus the classics. We love it here!
Location was nice, beer garden looked beautiful, service was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Wagyu beef burger, it was average. The meat was slightly warm and not overly flavoursome. I would come back, but not order the burger.
Overall good. But ... Had booked a table upstairs for a community group committee meeting. Arrived to find another corporate function (booked well ahead) taking place in area I booked. Our table moved to beer garden. Very noisy. Not suitable for a meeting. Needed to move elsewhere in pub. Created minor confusion for attendees who were told meeting upstairs. A bit of thought and a phone call earlier in the week advising of need to change location would have been appreciated. Then could have found a more suitable alternate location. Pls think of the customer .
Related atmosphere, good selection on the menu. Friendly staff. This place is great for large groups as there is plenty of room and has a large selection of food .The menu caters for individual who are gluten intolerant.
Decent menu but could have more starters and light meals. Not to crowded and fast cleanup service. Nice dining area and outside patio as well
Literally had several cockroaches running over the table and one ran up my sleeve, management explained they had it sprayed the previous day.......Also found it too hard to substitute fries for mash. Pity
Always a great atmosphere and we can never go wrong with the food. It’s a great local that we enjoy coming to on a regular basis.
Second time for us. Variety of food choices make it easy to please the whole family. Great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful! Food is served quickly.
Great Location. Good food although a small menu and nice outdoor area to watch the football and sports. Reasonable priced drinks and cocktails but no mocktail options
We had a fantastic time at HHH - the food was generous and delicious and the atmosphere perfect for the whole family just missed the magician who is usually there he is fantastic!
Staff were very helpful - we had a large group and it worked well. Food was good and served quickly. We enjoyed the deck area great breeze through the louvres.
No complaints at all really. My fish was a bit overcooked but still very edible. My 10 friends all had delightful, generous, meals - chicken parmigiana could have fed two! Stephanie looked after us with her lovely smile and happily zipped off to get 10 of us knives and forks after we forgot to get them. Definitely come back to enjoy your venue. We were very lucky to have the 'walls' open for a delightful summer breeze upstairs.
Food was nice but not great. Service was below average. Brought out an entree after mains arrived. Beer selection was very limited. And they have removed the kids play area. We won't be back.
Great local pub, good food and good selection of beer and wine. A little loud, as expected, but the service is friendly and there's good ambience.
Super fast food service, great food- pizza and fish was a standout. Happy to see updated wine list - enjoying HHH under new management - lifted the standards.
We had a lovely Christmas Lunch. Both the food and the atmosphere were great. We phoned Hunters Hill Hotel to inform them that we would be approximately one hour late and they were very understanding, thank you!
Good location for groups and families. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Good service and food however mash potato which I paid extra for was cold.
Great venue to catch up with many different areas. Food excellent and very friendly staff. The day was perfect for the indoor/outdoor setting of the venue.
We had a good experience at your hotel. Food was great, and staff were friendly and efficient. I booked on line and that process was easy and I received confirmation in a timely way.
Food looked great, but the taste was ordinary. Salmon overcooked. Menu descriptions didn't mach the dish received. "Rasberry parfait" was a chocolate cake with filling.
We had almost 50 people come to the hotel for drinks and lunch after a long day at the Seven Bridges Walk for Cancer. Food was great and the drinks went down so well!! Thank you Hunters Hill Hotel ........ See you again next year
Amazing wait staff nothing was too hard for them. Clean friendly atmosphere with great views. My son said he would return with his mates as he really enjoyed it.
Attended for a work Lunch - Booked an Outside table, food and drink were great! Not a fan of the birds hanging around on tables and chairs
It was a fairly quiet Sunday night and we had to wait about 1hr for our food. They didnt have chicken schnitzel or pulled pork.
We popped in on a Saturday afternoon and loved the friendly staff, delicious food, fabulous wine and great vibe. We will definitely be back for more!
The food was quite nice but there were not enough bar staff to cater for the lunchtime trade. Parking was very easy and generally happy.
Great night out! Food was yum and atmosphere fun. Just too much smoke filtering into seated areas. I would come back again. Thanks Hunters Hill Hotel.
We had a big family group to celebrate a birthday and everything went really smoothly. They accommodated high chairs, birthday cakes etc and the food was great and served on timely basis even though they were really busy. A fantastic experience
Great atmosphere and setting, staff were very friendly and attentive, however the burgers we ordered were a bit on the dry side and the pizza we had the base was quite hard, but will definitely give it another go.
Easy to book online. Great venue, we did not wait long for food, even though we were a table of 9 and it was busy day with Fathers Day. Good food and reasonably prices. We will be back
We were seated in the smoking section with no request to do so. Too may children in a hotel. Food pretty ordinary and wouldn't hurry back for a casual lunch.
