Service was absolutely shocking but the food was lovely. The staff were very apologetic regarding the service but did nothing to actually improve the service.
First time back for about 6 months. Renovations have really improved the decor. Food was great as was the staff, if any downside it was not enough staff on the floor or in the kitchen as it was an extremely busy night, but that’s a reflection on the popularity of the restaurant. Well be back sooner than 6 months next time.
Fantastic food. Had dinner with friends and we did the banquet special $29.95 head. The share plate had lots of goodies. All four main dishes were full of authentic Indian flavour and the sweets were yummy. The owner and staff were very welcoming. We will definitely be back.
The food was delicious! And the service was also spot on. The only criticism is that the decor could be softened. If the ceiling was draped with Indian fabric, a few pictures on the walls and the overhead lighting dimmed with mood lighting added for each table it would be perfect.
Food was nice, waitress helpful. Restaurant looks a little bare & cold- lighting seems a little harsh- dimmers would help I feel. Music a bit intrusive. Good value.
