Misto fritto had very little flavor. The small shrimp were black and there was a lot of prawn heads. Seafood ravioli had not Much seafood flavor as I actually think it was ricotta in the ravioli and there was no seafood bisque as the sauce only butter.

Really genuine and lovely people at Just Italy. Our first dinner out after lock down and it was delightful.

We had a lovely dinner. I felt they managed the current restrictions of being 2m from other patrons in the restaurant very well. Just Italy, Glen Iris is a local restaurant for us and they thanked us for dining with them and supporting them during these difficult times.

The food was great as was the service. The noise levels were not over the top but still high - just like its predecessor Preserve. We were sat next to the new takeaway fridge - also a bit noisy. Would we go back again - absolutely - the pluses outweigh the minuses.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday. Only two other tables occupied. Cosy restaurant with Italian themed décor. As far as I could tell the waiter had a genuine Italian accent and was very helpful. Tried the $25 Express Lunch which comprised an Arancini, a Pasta of your choice (with some exceptions) and a glass of wine. Turned out to be very good value. We were only supposed to get one Arancini but the Chef was generous and gave us two, one with Napoli sauce and one Porcini, Truffle Oil and Parmesan. Quite delicious, if not a little on the cold side. Had Amatriciana Liguini which was piping hot and cooked to perfection. Chilli was served separately so that it could be added to taste. A very generous serving and again quite delicious. Only slight annoyance was a table with two young mothers with two young children each who were quite noisy

We love Just Italy. Some of the best pastas you'll ever eat at great value. Good old fashioned Italian hospitality. Now BYO and kids eat free 4:45-5:45

Wonderful hosts and excellent food. This is a restaurant that get the "balance" of the food perfect. Nothing overpowers the flavours and it's all fresh. Highly recommend a visit to this place.

The food was great; however my chosen meal included bread but there was no bread. Did ask for it and I received it with no butter or oil, it was very dry and hard to eat.

great friendly staff but the food was on the bland side, some meals were overdone and dry, others not much of the promised ingredients...the lemoncello offered at the end was a nice touch...please improve the food and we will be back

Lovely Italian food. Try the Olives made the Ascoli way. The Arancini. The Cannelloni.....in fact, all 9 people on our table enjoyed the meals. Wonderful service, food quality very good, and as should be heaps of food. The Italian Way. One small issue, one vey loud table nearby, but that was manageable.

Food was delicious. Service was very good. Atmosphere was friendly and fun.
