Really disappointed. Booked table not ready had to stand in middle of restaurant with everyone staring. My pasta was chewy and hard after waiting an hour for it. Then towards end of night they lifted tables up and stacked whilst we sat there and the person in charge sat at table next to us doing the books . Not teething issues just not thinking about the customer experience very well and the chef needs work how an Italian restaurant mucks up pasta ?

Food was good, but the noise was hideous impossible to hear what your fellow diner was saying.

Service was rushed and poor food was just ok would most likely not go back

Whilst the start of our night was a little disorganised, the staff the manager and the food made it all worth while. We were there on a night that was very busy so we were all packed in and crowded. It was noisy and actually very much like an Italian restaurant overseas. The food was delicious and the waiter worked hard to keep us happy. Would we go there again - absolutely would we go there for a romantic dinner for two - that’s a hard no. This is a good place you can go with your family or friends, it has no pretentiousness and yummy food. The only negative for me personally is they don’t have bubbles just Prosecco. A minor issue solved by having a aperol spritz instead :)

These guys are rocking it already and it’s only one week in !! Great choice of good old fashioned Italian staples.. My seafood linguine ( hand made ) was sensational.. generous serves . Wonderful choice of Italian wines too. Warm, welcoming and passionate staff. Love , Love , Love ❤️

The restaurant is only 2 weeks since opening and a lot of teething moments, very slow service but staff super friendly to compensate, I think it’s prospects are good but customer service needs to be stepped up. Pasta dishes extremely salty which impacted flavours, needs consideration. Early days but good potential.

Our first time there. We felt it was overcrowded with tables, hard to move around. Food was average. Felt more like a cafe/wine bar, not a restaurant.

Very nice meal and great service but too loud and squashed in upstairs.

Wonderful meal and excellent value for money. Meals were of a generous size and served fresh and hot. Good selection of drinks available. Table service was a little slow and could have had an extra wait staff on the floor.

Food is fabulous. Wine list is great. New restaurant, so appears to be having some teething service issues. Will definitely return.

We wanted quick pasta, well presented, no fuss and a quality family night out. We got it.

Food is delicious, authentic. Pasta is cooked to perfection! Very attentive service also.

My husband and I really enjoyed our evening at Just Italy. We live just down the road and will most definitely be returning. We wish them every success as a new restaurant in the area.

Best place for a GOOD plate of pasta AND SOME ANTIPASTO

Food was great - the only complaint that I had was that the mains were served before the entree.

The service good, food average, expensive for what we had.

We had the degustation with matching wines. Very generous servings of delicious food, beautiful wines and very happy to adapt things to meet our preferences. Amazing staff, we had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed our meal with yummy panini prosciutto entree and home made pasta mains with great Italian chilli accompaniment - considering it’s only their second day of opening.
