Great beef and friendly staff. Really enjoyed dinner with my friends.
Authentic Japanese BBQ, makes us feel like back to Japan, high quality meat and perfectly marinated, the chef is very friendly , the Japanese wagyu he served us is unbelievable amazing, matched with fresh wasabi , you won't find this quality anywhere , the best Japanese BBQ I had so far in Australia.
Pretty good， i like the food, service and all the things
Had a great time, delicious food. Will go again soon.
Food was excellent, some of the best yakiniku I have had in Australia (I have had better in Japan, but that isn't a fair comparison!). The meat is fresh, not frozen and prepared on demand. This does mean there is longer waits for food than other places in Crows Nest, but given all of the dishes are freshly prepared, this is well worthwhile. Speaking of the meat, prices are not cheap for the imported Wagyu, but appropriately priced given the quality and imported nature. I did not try the Australian meat, so cannot comment on it. Service was busy but attentive. Overall I am very happy to have a new Yakiniku place in Crows Nest that is this high quality.
The service was not good and we had to work hard to get attention. Also we did not receive sauces or condiments to go with our meat or vegetables until we asked for them. We also had to ask for hand towels to clean our hands although we’d ordered prawns.
I seldom post reviews but it was very disappointing. We were are party of three but given a table meant for two. They ran out of all sashimi so we ordered the tofu salad. The yukke and salad came last, and the gas grill was very difficult to control even at the lowest setting. I have been to many Japanese and Korean BBQs with no issue. The butter corn suddenly popped even though the butter melted a while ago and was not boiling. It was downright dangerous. The deluxe wagyu platter had some pretty chewy cuts laden with fat, and it burnt very very easily even on the sides of the grill. So did the pumpkin slices, which were very uneven in thickness. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back. There are too many good restaurants just within a stone’s throw.
Friendly staffs, fresh meat, serving is quick. Only downside is low stock of supply of Japanese beef on the day and only a few options to choose from.
Very tasty Japanese BBQ with a great selection. There are other dishes too other than the high quality meat served here.
Beautiful cuts of meat and lovely staff. Could do with less pricey options but overall a great place to dine
