Kobe Teppanyaki - Melbourne

I was there for a work dinner and the Teppanyaki chef made not just one but repeated comments about my weight even after I was clearly uncomfortable. Really disappointing.

Food was good and fresh. Was really quiet for a Friday night which was good because it meant that my companion and I could talk pretty freely, don't think it is normally like that. Chef did a good job and cooked the food well. Only suggestion is to cut the prawn in half before serving to make it easier for the eater.

An enjoyable ambience providing an authentic japanese menu with extensive menu choices. The a la carte was excellent, as was the waiting staff. Will return for sure.

The seafood was delicious, but the fried rice was a little disappointing. The service was ok but I think the whole evening was a bit over priced.

Lovely banquet - all the food fantastic - too much in the end Staff were great and we will definitely go back again sometime soon

Food excellent ,service good ,but seating near to entrance a bit cool from ever opening front door by children in and out of adjacent facility .

Nice food, and pleasing to see the sushi and sashimi being made fresh as ordered. Wait staff were quick, attentive and efficient. Looking forward to going back again

Fresh and delicious food. Attentive staff (who kept pouring our BYO) and good atmosphere. Went on a Thursday night and most tables booked out. Will be back again.

The food and service were fantastic. We all enjoyed every course. The waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Would recommend the place as a great experience.

It was Amazing food. Chef John was hilarious we spent the whole time laughing. Such a great spot, we will definitely go back there again!

I had the deluxe bento which was good and a serve of sushi. The service was friendly. Unsurprisingly the restaurant was quiet on a week night.

Great experience and the staff are lovely. I thought it was a bit pricey especially for younger kids who unfortunately didn't eat most of the dishes.
