Lezzet Elwood is a rustic and chic dining experience that showcases the best of Turkish and Anatolian cuisines. Inspired and innovative, this Melbourne restaurant is also influenced by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours as well as the lively markets of Ankara, Turkey. The space itself is carefully designed with sandstone walls, a backlit marble bar, low lighting and textural elements that match the creative menu and Ottoman-inspired cocktail list, down to a tee. Offering lunch, dinner and degustation options, be sure to keep an eye out for the Anatolian 18-hour slow-cooked lamb with fig and date jus; the whole grilled squid stuffed with spicy pilaf and the vine-wrapped Atlantic salmon, though everything on offer is delicious and won’t disappoint. Located along Brighton Road, this is the ideal choice for treating yourself to something unique and special and we can’t recommend a reservation at Lezzet Melbourne enough. Bookings are essential as is bringing your appetite.
The food was great. The price was very reasonable and the service was attentive. We will definitely be back. You must have the 14 hour slow cooked lamb.
The food was wonderful, especially the stuffed squid, and the service was great but...it was so noisy that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. It really needs some acoustic control.
the food is delicious... not quite mainstream Turkish, but lovely. the customer service is brilliant. we will be back.
