At Mountain Gate shopping centre, there’s one Thai restaurant that puts other nearby establishments to shame – it’s Lime Leaf Thai Restaurant we’re referring to, a charming eatery that’s taking Ferntree Gully by storm. Lovingly decorated with Oriental accents and furnishings, the restaurant provides a lovely environment where diners are treated to some of Melbourne’s finest Thai dishes. Located on Ferntree Gully Road, Lime Leaf Thai Restaurant is open seven days a week.

Since 2005, Lime Leaf Restaurant has been cranking up the heat at Melbourne’s Mountain Gate shopping centre on Ferntree Gully Road. Bright and colourful, the dining area is cheerful and sunny, the perfect environment for chowing down on some incredibly tasty Southeast Asian specialties. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be greeted not only by an amazing aroma wafting from the kitchen, but also some of the friendliest service in Ferntree Gully.
Awaiting you at Ferntree Gully’s Lime Leaf Restaurant is a lengthy menu of delicious dishes including entrees, soups, salads, curries, stir fries, noodles and desserts. For the best value, we recommend ordering one of the banquets for two or for four, which include some of the chef’s finest picks from the menu such as stir-fried prawns with cashew nuts and yellow curry with chicken. Try dishes like the pud talae, a combination of fresh seafood stir-fried with green chilli and coconut sauce, or the khoa pud prig, a Thai-style fried rice dish with chicken, beef, pork, chilli, garlic and basil. And for the herbivores out there, most dishes can be made vegetarian!
