Lone Star Rib House - Cockburn

Decent food. The place was 85% empty too and still slow service. Overall it was an ok experience. Not sure if i would go regularly.

This was for saturday 10th nov. There was one outstanding server, an American lady with stunning multicoloured hair, she was lovely, the rest of the service was okay, we were greeted somewhat rudely and when we first came in early to change our booking time we left after 10mins of not having anyone attend to us and then came for our booking late to be told it had been cancelled coz we didn't show up on time. There was one lady attended to while we waited to change our booking and she was told that they were all in their breaks so no one could help her with her food order til they all came back.

We all had burgers which were okay (not as good as we've had before). We had birthday vouchers for our twins and they would only honour one meal and not two although they are the same age. We have been three years in a row and the vouchers were honoured and conditions on them hadn't changed. Music was loud at first and then it was turned down and became pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was ok the service was average When you have to chase down service staff through the restaurant to get service at your table was not a good look Considering that there wasn’t even 10 tables of customers was disappointing having to do that Staff seemed to busy socialising with each other rather than looking after the patrons Wouldn’t want to see a full house night there

Staff lovely and helpful, enjoyed our food, pity table had wet marks, I would have like it cleaned better. Lucky i had a bottle of sanitiser in my bag.

Service ok. Food was bland and sauce was tasteless. Expensive for what you get. Flyer on table expired in August... question how often they clean properly! Salt dispenser on table was empty

Overall the food was nice. We didn't have to wait for long for our food. The staff are very friendly and were able to assist when needed. I will come again soon

was nice food and brownies were fantastic. will recommend a monday to go there as no people and was nice atmosphere. my son turned 20 so they gave him a free brownie and his sisters had a fight to eat before him

Nice steak and chicken burgers. Took a little while to get seated at our booking but we sat in the bar and it was ok.

Too many chips on the All You Can Eat Ribs plate. That's a bit unfair. Also the Tenderloin steak which I requested be medium was overcooked. Although it was still nice piece of meat. We had an enjoyable dinner together as a family nonetheless.
