Food was great esp the pork belly pasta. Staff were really friendly and polite too but they did seem very understaffed.

This is my 2nd time here after a few years and I didn't love my pasta dish. I felt last time my meals were much more authentic. I came here with others and there were mix reviews. Some liked it and some thought it was ok. With this experience, I'm not sure if I would like to come back. Also because, someone brought dessert from elsewhere for a birthday, and we were charged $22 to store it in their fridge. It actually wasn't a cake as we couldn't get one. So I understand Maccaroni serves dessert and maybe this was why they charged us, but thought $22 was steep. So if you plan to have a birthday and bring a cake, please check with the restaurant first.

Food and service were good but very disappointed that “pepperoni” pizzas have no pepperoni 🍕 make it clear on the menu that pepperoni in your restuarant means (capsicum) ☹️

Nice food, but felt meatballs to pasta proportion was a bit off. Don't know maybe I just wanted more meatballs than past :) Noise level very high and servers were struggling as well to make it to table on time. Friday night I suppose. Thanks for a nice time.

Food was served quite quickly. We needed a quick bite before our musical at the Regent Theatre. My vegan risotto was very tasty.

We enjoyed our first visit to Maccaroni Trattoria Italiana and were able to have a relaxed meal before heading to the theatre.

The maître d was a bit snarky as we were late for our booking (we got lost but fair enough maybe?) Food came before our drinks and my pizza was substandard and I struggled to saw through the crust even with the serrated knife they gave me. Friends meals were ok.
