Service was excellent and there's all of the classic tapas- and some of the best churros we've had.

Quirky decor, which was great to see, rather than bland furnishings. Food was very good, and quite different to what we normally have. Service was timely, not to slow nor too fast.

2nd time at this great restaurant but with a much bigger brood in tow to celebrate my wife's bday. Food & drinks still top notch, along with the service & great value. A great addition to the area & we will definitely be back.

The Table service was a little bit slow when it came to dessert time. Also, the waitress did not often frequent the table area so if you wanted to get the bill to pay and leave, you had to wait some time for the waitress to appear OR you got up out of your chair and went upstairs to get their attention. They need to have line of site with the diners so this was a bit of a fault with the layout of the venue. It would not stop me reattending because the food really was delicious.

Food is amazing and the ambiance could only be improved by having having more patrons. I guess Tuesday evenings are quiet. Very lovely and attentive staff. We couldn’t be more happy/impressed by our whole experience and this was not our 1st visit, nor will it be our last.

Wonderful little place with absolutely delicious tapas that we only recently discovered after a particular hankering for Spanish food on a Sunday night. It was very quiet there which seems strange given how lovely the food & service was. The garlic mushrooms & sangria were particular highlights for us. We will be back there for sure.

Our favourite local. The new menu is great. The lamb skewers and potato bravas were highlights. A busy night and the service was still prompt and cheerful.

Nice restaurant, not many waitresses wandering around that you could catch the eye of though. Sangria is rather expensive for what it is too! For 4 of is it was $200 which we almost fell over at, we’ve had much nicer dinners for less!

Had a nice meal. Restaurant is lovely. Food was very excellent. Very tasty. Service was good. Corkage was $10 per bottle which I thought was a little high. Would be better if they charged per person.

Food was lovely BUT corkage is $10 per bottle. This is ridiculous for Gladesville- it’s not fine dining, it’s a Tapas bar for goodness sake. $10 per bottle is a bit rich

The food was excellent with a good range of tapas options and seating out the back was ideal for our group lunch. However the service was a little slow.

They stuck us upstairs in a dark room with no atmosphere and uncomfortable bench seats. Very limited wine list. Prawns were nice but calamari not great. Ordinary experience overall. Would not go back.

Our first visit to Miguel's Tapas Bar, which is within easy walking distance from home, was part of our effort to support local business. Looking at reviews on other sites, I noticed fairly mediocre comments from December and January this year, with reviews becoming more positive from February. So we gave it a shot, and I have to say, it was pretty good. My husband travelled often to Madrid for work and said the food was fairly typical of what he would eat when he went out with his colleagues. The flavours were good, especially the garlic/chilli prawn dish, the warmed green olives, delicious. We also shared the vegetarian tasting plate which I could not find fault with. The restaurant is nicely decorated, but very noisy due to all the hard surfaces, but this was also an issue with the previous two restaurants who tried and failed at this address. The staff were friendly and efficient and it will be somewhere we will definitely return. I wish them luck, it is a huge risk to start a new restaurant and Miguel's makes a nice change for a suburb crying out for something different.
