With plenty of options on the menu, from assorted sashimi and tempura starters to mixed platters, bento boxes, Japanese curries and rice and noodle dishes alongside classic sushi combinations, no matter your preference you’ll be left feeling rejuvenated and satisfied each and every time. You’ll find Minato Sushi on Commercial Road, just off Ann Street and down the road from The Triffid. Reservations are essential.

It was a small, pleasant place to eat. Very good for an intimate discussion. Food was inexpensive with reasonable proportions. There was a few language difficulties, and there was no wine served, only saki and beer. But overall excellent value for money.
We love Japanese food, so we're so excited when Minato opened just down the road from us. The food is absolutely outstanding, as is the jelly sake which I've never tried before. We most definitely will be back.
