Delicious tacos, especially the chicken, and very good margarita. Great value for Wednesday night taco night, but a bit on the small side, so probably wouldn’t want to pay full price for the tacos.

The Valentines Day degustation was mostly pretty good food overall. The steak and fish mains were very good. The desert was excellent. The service was v slow though. The table adjacent to us had to complain about when their mains were coming out. We waited probably half an hour for our desert to come out, admittedly chockers by that stage.

Food is very good. Service /food and drink arrival slow -we were advised that staff had called in sick but we also experienced service problems on a previous visit. Staff working were very nice and if service problems ironed out I would have rated it very good.

I am well versed in Mexican food having first introduced the home prepared brand Old El Paso to this country in 1984. Your product is good however I found the Tacos a little wet and difficult to eat.

The food was delicious, the Margaritas excellent and the service wes great.

Food was really good , nice atmosphere, staff were friendly Probably the only thing it doesnt. feel like there is a manager or owner Keeping on the staff to clear tables and push them to be little bit quicker We had to ask for drinks each time and no one asked how the meal was , so just a couple of small issues but Would go back had a good dinner

The food is incredible it's just so EXCESSIVELY overpriced and the servings are pathetically small! A taco the size of an infants palm is $10, it's barely a mouthful. They charge $18 for a mocktail, A MOCKTAIL, with no alcohol! We had to order more food after our mains, everyone was left starving, the plates were served practically empty. Really dissapointing. They need to review what they charge.

Very nice place serving modern mexican cuisine. Being the only people there I would expect waiting time to be shorter. They also forgot to bring food for my youngest - I had to ask where it's at...

6 of us went for a birthday lunch for my son. The food was great, so were the drinks and service.

We absolutely love Nopales. The food is amazing and the service is incredible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Unfortunately our first time - food was awful - certainly not authentic - and at 5pm we were told there were basic items not available or had run out of stock. When we requested a further dozen oysters natural - we were advised they’d run out. The scallop dish was unrecognisable and may have contained one scallop - sliced thinly and overwhelmed with shaved raw vegetables.

Absolutely would highly recommend this place. The food was authentic, the drinks were quick and just delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We booked for a 50th and they were so accomodating and just delightful. Highly recommend!!!

We have eaten dinner here twice over the last month and every dish we've had has been excellent. The service was fantastic and the owner came out to chat with us which was a really nice gesture. I have already recommended this restaurant to many friends and hope the restaurant sticks around for a long time on the N Beaches!

Delicious food and excellent value for money, especially when dining early. Will be back!! Short rib (which just fell off the bone) would be great served with a bit of greenery for some crunch and freshness. Margs were a little sweet but still good!

We had to change tables due to very noisy patrons and the music played was too loud of easy conversations which made the restaurant noisy. Most unfortunate. Great food and service though.

Food and quality/presentation was amazing except for one factor. Extremely overpriced for the portion you get. Tacos the size of the palm of my hand with hardly any filling is $10 each!! Then other items on menu are $30+. Might be a good restaurant to take someone on a special occasion but there are a lot more affordable mexican restaurants that serve the same if not better quality food for cheaper price. Over $150 for mexican food is outrageous especially if it isn’t fine dining.

This is amazing Mexican food, far beyond the usual stodgy burritos, rice and beans. The fish tacos were packed with flavor, the cactus hummus dish was a pleasant surprise, and even the chips and guacamole was far superior to what is normally served at Mexican restaurants. The corn cake dessert and Nopales’ take on churros were both worth saving room for.

Went there for a birthday celebration and had the $99 set menu and it was a great night, great food, great staff, fun evening!
