Great food great location, and friendly staff really enjoyed it

Overall good however drinks didn’t come out, had to ask staff where they were then they came out and said what drinks were they, it didn’t register then said she did see that and would sort it out. Drinks finally came out after our meal was finished. We had our reserved table just pointed to that’s your table they didn’t walk us over to the table and I had to ask for menus. Little things.

Lovely setting but music too loud, and very disappointing to have to order everything at not 1 but 2 busy counters, then find own cutlery and water! Pricing does not reflect the lack of service.

The food was very nice but our experience was let down by the extremely loud music (we could not have a conversation) and our designated wait person, although pleasant, was quite inefficient.

Food was good but service was poor, we had a table for 8 people & all our coffees and food came at different times. First plate of food came 10 mins before the next lot & half the table had finished their food by the time the last person got theirs. It was a busy morning but still could have been managed better

The venue was buzzing with plenty of patrons inside and outside the music was very good and the food was delicious as always Carol

Great venue. Would be nice if the food for our table came out all at once even though we ordered separately but at the same time! Also would prefer table service instead of having to get up and order (I think the price warrants table service). Great location and great food!

Had to wait for outdoor seating Despite requesting it for the booking. We waited for a while but it was busy and a nice day so can’t complain too much. Buffalo chicken wings weren’t great.

The food was very nice and staff were excellent. It was very noisy and hard to have a conversation without shouting. Would be better outside during nice sunny days.

table service would be nice so we dint have to spend time queuing to order, also some water for the table would be good rather than self service as there were no glasses left.

Great place, food is also great, no probs with service, no wait time as it was early in the week. Can get cold in the evenings if outside. Inside can be a little noisy. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

I visit Oceans 27 at least once a week as it is so close to home. Food and staff are always amazing and feel like its one big family. The only downside is the baby changing facility, the change table is unfortunately always dirty and the table they have isn't the best for changing a baby on, there is no where to put your bag but the floor. Other than that I highly rate this place and love going here for a catch up with friends and family.

We have come twice now with pre booked tables and the atmosphere, vibe of the restaurant, food, drinks is 10/10 however the placement of of our tables were too squashed. The first time we went for a kid's birthday and we were squashed right in the back corner of the inside next to the ATM and a door that was used as a thoroughfare. There was no space to even move our chairs. The 2nd time we came we were outside but the blinds were down so it created a huge wind tunnel and it was not pleasant at all. We asked for the blinds to be lifted but our request was forgotten. I would come again but I would be more cautious when booking a table.

The food was delicious, service was great, friendly and efficient.

Service was not good. We had to wait a long time for drinks service, food service was fine and food came out in a good time. However no one checked on our meals, our plates were not cleared and stayed in front of us until we left. No dessert or coffee offered. It was like we were served dinner and forgotten about. Staff more interested in packing up for the night than servicing their guests.

Great food, service and view. The kids menu was good too.

Overall the place is great, view is phenomenal, food is great, service is a little slower than most places but with a smile (which always makes an experience more pleasant). This also allows you to enjoy your beachside dining and fantastic views a while longer!! Only downside was that they’d run out of the wine we selected for our table which can’t really be helped. Cocktails are amazing! Definitely give the place a try!

Food was good, servive no problems at all - a little disappointed a sign was put up informing everyone the kitchen was closing at 7.30 (on a Friday night) when as a chef I would say it was quite busy - we felt rushed to finish and leave -

Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience from the time we walked in and out of the restaurant. The food was amazing. We had the 10 hr slow cooked pork belly finished with the sticky date pudding. It was devine!

Great food,great prices and location on a perfect day. Worth a visit
