We were really excited to come as a family but it’s just not family friendly for younger children. The food doesn’t come out fast enough and they get bored and hungry waiting, and you end up needing to leave before they get too tired. We should stick to sushi trains but we wanted to try it.

Good hot food . Rice was nice.Sushi was ok bit light on the filling though.

Great service! Portions were generous and you feel full afterwards, which is a rare commodity these days when you eating out . Some of the dishes were beter than the others, specially the steaks!

Me and my partner went to Okami Caulfield for a date night and were very happy overall with the experience. The food and staff were absolutly wonderful and I would highly recommend a visit! Will come back again

all the meals were fresh and hot,1 of the party was gluten free which wasn't a problem. the waitress was very nice and looked after us explaining the gluten free menu.

Extremely slow service, at one stage of the evening a maximum of two dishes came out within half an hour. For most of the evening we sat around waiting for orders placed up to an hour previously

I was so disappointed with the experience. We had 10 people for my son’s 21st bday. The food was very slow coming out and many many dishes we ordered just didn’t arrived. For what was a $500 meal it was really disappointing

Great value for money, they would have continued to bring our food if we kept ordering.

Some food came out very slowly. So people were left with no food while others are.

Food was fine. The service was fine. Thé chair that we sat were old leather and extremely low and we put our jackets to adjust to sit on ? Unbelievable ? There was a one waiter active like a robot, never smile and no communication skills ?

Okami starting to drop the ball i think with the service. Slowing down the service so people dont order to much. Serving basics at the start waited 1 hour for the meats to come out. Starting to do it at other okami restaurants.
