Brilliant food, good service, will be back no doubt. Deserves five stars.

Our order went missing so we had to wait a very long time for food. The staff were very apologetic.

Enjoy our night out for tea, best place in town. Service was spot on.

Quantity over quality. You get what you pay for. Sushi refrigerated so rice hard. Deep fried items not hot in the middle. Noodles dishes tepid. The staff are great and my boys loved the idea of ordering as much as they liked.

Amazing Japanese food and value for money with all you can eat option!! Highly recommend for group dinner outings

The food was nice but not always hot, the service was extremely slow due to lack of staff and was difficult to get staff attention for more drinks or food.

Disappointed I could get the all you can eat as I was travelling on my own.

A lady appeared to take our order as we sat down. I told her we would order drinks and requested she return to take our order after we had had a chance to look at the menu. We waited quite some time and she didn’t return. I had to ask another waiter to take our order and she found someone else a few moments later. We were at your establishment for a 2 hours and I found the service to be quite slow. The food was nice but given the poor service it is unlikely I would return. Thank you

Overall great, but does that does lack some atmosphere. Our booking was at 8:15 pm, so maybe that contributed to it.

Always a great time at OKAMI Dubbo. A few things were a little under cooked today. Tempura veggies, veggie gyoza’s and the eggplant. All food was still delicious and the service is always outstanding. Things happen but we will be back soon.

Food was delicious & the share plates are great. However it’s expensive if you’re not a big eater. Buffet food served á la carte ensures it’s freshly made. Have been wanting to dine at Okami for a while & glad we finally were able to.

We had to call or wave down a service person everytime we needed drinks or food.
