Okami - Dubbo

Good was good , had a really nice time tonight

My wife and I absolutely love OKAMI Dubbo. Always the best service, quality and value. I would eat here 7 days a week if I could. The only part I don’t like about the venue, is the noise level. It’s hard to hear people speak, as there isn’t any carpet of noise reduction panels or acoustic panels. Other than that it’s the best. Please don’t close down in Dubbo, it’s one of our best restaurants in town.

Fantastic, as always. Great food, short wait times, wish I had room for more.

The food was consistent in quality. Staff were stretched as it was full. When it came to pay bill the split bill between 2 couples bothered the staff member & they also adjusted charges as 3 or 4 have senior cards.

The restaurant was very busy. THere were a few screaming kids to detract from the experience.

It took me a long Time to go to a Japanese restaurant, now after such a lovely meal, I wish I had done it years ago

once again a great visit to okami. good service but even better food. will be back soon.

Our dinner was sensational as always, and to top it off, our son was so excited by the robot that brought him TWO ice creams for his birthday! Thank you for having us again.

Great place to eat in Dubbo I highly recommend the food and service

The Wine and Drinks options is horrendous and the food is just average unfortunately. We had high hopes as this was the best restaurant in Dubbo once upon a time when it was Berlotti’s Italian, but sadly it is no longer the best restaurant in Dubbo.

i think okami in dubbo is about getting food out and absolutely zero care about customer service or satisfaction. in fact service was slow and no interaction from wait staff.... very disappointing

Was another great night. Except the poor staff run off their feet, at 1st drinks and food arrived straight away once it got busy unfortunately the poor staff could not keep up but great overall

The food was great. We were served start away but it took a long time for staff to come back to the table so we could reorder food and drinks. Also got charged a visa surcharge when I didn’t even pay by credit card.

Our order went missing so we had to wait a very long time for food. The staff were very apologetic.

Enjoy our night out for tea, best place in town. Service was spot on.

Quantity over quality. You get what you pay for. Sushi refrigerated so rice hard. Deep fried items not hot in the middle. Noodles dishes tepid. The staff are great and my boys loved the idea of ordering as much as they liked.

Amazing Japanese food and value for money with all you can eat option!! Highly recommend for group dinner outings

The food was nice but not always hot, the service was extremely slow due to lack of staff and was difficult to get staff attention for more drinks or food.

Felt welcomed on entering was escorted to our seats by a politely spoken young lady Was very helpful during our stay for our meal food choice was fresh and excellent

Disappointed I could get the all you can eat as I was travelling on my own.

A lady appeared to take our order as we sat down. I told her we would order drinks and requested she return to take our order after we had had a chance to look at the menu. We waited quite some time and she didn’t return. I had to ask another waiter to take our order and she found someone else a few moments later. We were at your establishment for a 2 hours and I found the service to be quite slow. The food was nice but given the poor service it is unlikely I would return. Thank you

Good food & service. We had a lovely night out

Overall great, but does that does lack some atmosphere. Our booking was at 8:15 pm, so maybe that contributed to it.

Food and service was good as always. Would recommend Okami !
