About Palombos

Award-winning restaurant, Palombos of Balloch has been serving up locals outstanding fish and chips since 1967, and are just going from strength to strength of late. This family owned and operated business specialises in all things fish, and ethically sourced fish at that. They only accept the best in terms of freshness and taste, and owner Franco is proud as much of his sustainable and locally sourced menu. One of the very few spots with a gluten-free fish and chips menu, this town centre delight is the pride and joy of Balloch and you’re guaranteed to be satisfied each and every time. Great service backed up by good food. A busy restaurant but did not feel oppressively so. Nice welcome and attentive service which was not pushy and seemed genuinely friendly.
