Amazing experience - especially the vegetarian and vegan options that were able to accommodate our dietary choices. I really enjoyed trying delicious and interesting foods that I had never encountered before. I also loved the customer service where the host treated us with a completely respectful and welcoming manner. He handled our dietary restrictions with a relaxed and warm attitude embracing the opportunity to showcase the diversity and traditions of his cultural dining. I loved it! I also loved the traditional 'arepa', the cassava chips, the plantain, the pineapple sauce and the mocktails. Fantastic!!!

Fantastic venue, and the owner was there and turned the music down for us because three of our group of six had hearing problems.

Very enjoyable other than the gentleman singing and playing the guitar was way too loud. There was no way we could have a conversation with the level of the music. Other than that, very enjoyable. Try some quieter entertainment.

Been before, food is great, music, staff, all great and amazing turnaround times. Too fast even. But a caipirinha isn't made with lemonade :) I do acknowledge that local liquor licensing laws make things difficult though.

Great Friday evening vibe. However the self service ordering system was confusing and difficult to use....not a good start. I ordered plantain with Feta but when the order arrived at the table it was smothered in yellow cheese. I asked the waitress who could barely understand me to check the order with the kitchen. She said the chef insisted that there was Feta. But there definitely was not. Very disappointing because I did not get what I ordered and the staff did not seem to care.

I've been there twice now in the space of 1 week. Saturday night was very busy and service slow, but great atmosphere and food & cocktails fantastic! Second time was early on a weekday evening with my coeliac partner - the food was consistently tasty and service much faster! Will definitely be going back again!

I was a little disappointed with my Mr Mercado. I was the last to be served on a table of 4 and the meat was luke warm.

The outside area needs to be more involved with the inside as to enjoy the singers / entertainers We have been several times to Pantano, this time we found the portions have been reduced in sizes

we had an enjoyable evening at Pantanos. It was a very big night so outwards to be longer the food did not.disappoint. We will be back.

Very interesting venue, very lively, great atmosphere, food was good, we didn't realise we needed to order from the counter so we waited unaware of the self service tablets (were still old school so we completely missed it with all that was going on in the venue we were too distracted with the atmosphere lol) food was quick, price was okay for amounts served, menu was a little confusing but eventually we got it (again we are old school lol) we will visit it again and try some of the more South American traditional items on the menu.

The descriptions of what you get are lacking and because you order via a qr code, you really don’t get any service. When the flying pig came it had so much coleslaw and the coleslaw had so much dressing it was drowning. The pork crackle was from a packet and my friend who I was taking there for her birthday, was very disappointed. I had ordered a side of coleslaw thinking it would come in a separate dish so I could have it but it was under all her pork. She did say the pork was nice at the top where it wasn’t drowned. And the dressing she said was way too sweet. I’m sorry I won’t be back. Such great reviews from many people. Perhaps just better descriptions would help and some old fashioned customer service!

Venue is in a good spot, walkable. 3x beers on tap, all fairly pricey. Food menu is confusing and the burger / friew combos are expensive for what they are.
