The coffee wasn't hot, it was weak and therefore tasteless. The coffee cup was too small, we felt this this is a rip-off. The ABC ice kachang did not have enough evaporated / condensed milk added to it so it's not that nice. Overall the waitresses are very accommodating to our requests and the food was alright but not outstanding. We prefer Asian music to be played in the restaurant to suit it's Malaysian theme, playing western pop music is a mis-match to this restaurant.

Great food and good service perfect place for dinner before a fringe show as its also quick. Byo is a bonus which then keeps the overall price very reasonable

Fast service great food well priced byo. We have been 3 times now before fridge shows and everyone has enjoyed their meal each time nice staff.

PappaRich has always been a favourite for authentic Malaysian cuisine. My favourite is the Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang. They have quick service, friendly and helpful staff. The Northbridge restaurant is in a great location, easy access.

In organising a lunch for 20 people, I chose this restaurant due to the information on their website advising that vegans were catered for. Unfortunately, on the day we were advised that this was not the case at all. Very disappointed.

Wouldn’t give us separate bills, when it was so eAsy to do. We found that quite annoying. Food is always pretty good. Can be very noisey when full.

Overall, I was satisfied with the meal and service. Food came out quickly and hot. However, if possible, it would have been better received in stages.

Great food, I reckon it’s the best of the 3 Papparich stores I have tried. The chicken skin was served warm and crispy and the char kway teow was fragrant and delicious. Even the egg gravy of the hor fun was on point and generous in portions.

This restaurant is not as good as it used to be. The service is poorer and the food quality is so-so... I recommend only if you can’t find anywhere else to satisfy your Malaysian-cuisine craving.

Best Malaysian food in NB, tasty and delicious warm Malaysian food. Highly recommend seafood laksa and matching with ice milk tea - also known as Teh tarik

We were happy to bring a guest that has never been to any PappaRich before. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and a highlight was the generous servings of tender, tasty chicken curry.

Great Malaysian variety and selection from Pappa Rich. Serve up a meal with favourite local Malaysian kopi or Teh tarik. Roti canai comes with yummy sambal

The staff wasn’t happy serving us. Even it was a quiet Saturday night. Food was alright, vegetarian kway teow was way tooo oily. We found hair in one of the dishes, they didn’t make a new one. Just swap out the cucumber.

Nice nasi briyani and quality food. Enjoyed the environment and good customer service.

Food was fine, but the service was impersonal and we had our bill before we'd finished the food, so no chance of going for desserts or upselling. So left dissapointed.

Service was great, our orders were taken as soon as we were ready and food followed shortly after. Everyone's dish was delicious with generous serving sizes.

Great authentic food, easy ordering process, comfortable surroundings, but needs a little more interaction with staff eg: condiments, more drinks req’d & just general follow up on meal ect but otherwise an A1 eating establishment

Never fail to deliver good Malaysian eats each time! Binged on the Roti telur on this occasion and it's light & cooked to perfection, just went down well with the curry & dhal condiments yumm

The food was good, but it was very cramped and noisy and the service was fairly slow with our dishes not being cleared until we were about to leave.

Good food & location - central to Northbridge - service was quick but didn’t realize you write it down & press the buzzer. Overall is was very good.

Great food, good price and friendly service. Sufficient meal sizes! 3 of us walked out very satisfied for just under $30 each. Would recommend and would dine again. Note it is BYO, $2.50 corkage per head.

Food and atmosphere were all decent enough. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was pretty empty on a Tuesday evening so it'll be a good time to visit.

Super quick and friendly service combined with excellent food, no much to fault here. The number of Uber eats deliveries we saw leaving confirms this place is very popular.

On a list minute whim we opted for a late dinner at PappaRich Northbridge and even though they were closing soon they accommodated us. The chicken curry portions were generous and tender. The coconut rice was delicious. The roti was crispy and fresh and very tasty. Professional service from the manager ensured the meal was a pleasure.

A new favourite for my family of four. Miss 12 and Master 9 (and DH) could not get enough of the roti and beef rendang. Personally, I prefer the roti canai with its awesome chicken curry.

Always love the food and drinks on offer here, reasonably priced and quick. Love the steamed bread with kaya and the chilli pan mee is always delicious.

The food was great, the menu had a big range to choose from! Service was fast and very efficient and ambiance was good for our work team lunch.
