A group of four. Service and food considered very good and plentiful. Noise level made conversation hard even for younger persons. Would however return as it is a good family restaurant

The staff at Pimlott & Strand were fantastic. They were very helpful and friendly. The meal was well portioned, very yummy, and was more than I could eat. They even let me take home what I couldn't eat. The management should be proud of the atmosphere and the feeling of homeliness that comes across in all aspects of the cafe. Thank you for a great experience.

The food was fresh, good quantity, very tasty, service friendly and pretty prompt. Everyone is catered for in a comprehensive menu and gluten free options. Ice for your drinks and clean. Great that there is a kids corner for young mums to be able to eat out too. It was noisy but only from people having a good laugh and its that kind of place- for friends to gather and relax. A real hidden gem.

Delicious, fresh homemade cakes and pastries along with wholesome breakfast choices (+coffees) all served with good energy and smiles. The experience is further enhanced by the takeaway choices from the largely Italian deli - my favourite is the polenta and meatballs. Or is it the gnocchi and ragu ..? (I also love buying the French Batard.) Thank you Pimlott and Strand.

I do usually enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, the fabulous food, both savory and sweet, and team who serve us. My only critic, is that screaming children don't make for a pleasant atmosphere and it makes having a conversation difficult, when you are trying to block out the screams etc, you obviously, don't hear the other person trying to talk. Apart from that, I'm looking forward to coming back.

Very nice experience, only thing went to toliet and was not in good condition.

Great food and coffee as usual. They are ensuring all surfaces are wiped down regularly and tables aren't crammed in to facilitate social distancing. Will keep going back.

The food was delicious when we eventually got it after waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours. Our friends got their food much earlier than we did. We could not understand why all the food was not served at the same time. It was a very disappointing outing, which we will not repeat - a shame really as the food was very tasty.

We visit pimlott on the regular, twice a week as a family. Food is always top quality and the staff are extremely friendly and the venue is baby/kid friendly.
