Good lechon and almost perfect lechon liver sauce. Good selection of music but quite loud, should be toned down so guests can eat and converse peacefully. Kare-kare had so much twist. Not for me. Grilled corn appetizer was yummy but a bit on the spicy hot side in my opinion. Jonathan the owner was very apologetic as no table was available when we arrived for our 8pm Quandoo reservation. He explained that Quandoo shouldn't have gone live and accept reservations yet. We waited for 27 minutes to be seated. Had to follow up our drinks and food orders as there was only Jonathan and another staff manning the service area with a packed restaurant. However, because Jonathan was very personable and the lechon was good, we will definitely return.
