The food here is always nice but sometimes service can be a bit slow

Delicious meal for the whole family, i’ve been visiting this restaurant since 1998 and its always been excellent.

Great food, nice atmosphere. I'm picky when it comes to Japanese food having lived there a couple of years. Rappongi has delicious authentic flavours and decent prices.

Waited over an hour for food the order not complete but charged for item not received and California rolls mushy and unappetising. Will not eat there again, very disappointing.

Frequent here often with family or friends. The place is nice and quiet, the food is delicious and comforting, and the service is welcoming and fast. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was cosy, atmosphere is friendly. Food was good. Great place for family with kids. Will be back to eat again in the future.

Great place to eat, the food is excellent. Inside has just been done up and it looks great. Like the solid wooden chairs and the Japanese beers are good. I like the Green Beans, Teriyaki squid and the Chicken Fumiyaki set course.

Good Food. Fresh. Kids really enjoyed the beef rolls and dumplings. Fairly quick service. Husband and I love the seafood tempura. Have been back many times.

The food is very Good value for money. Clean and quiet location with nice deco. Food is as authentic as you can find in Mapan.

The food at rapongi is delicious. The girls that wait on you are very friendly and it's good value for money. Would recommend it to anyone

We took 2 japanese exchange students to dinner and they really enjoyed the experience. We also selected several different entrees to taste a wide range of cooking and food types and must say all were very tasty! Staff were very courteous and quite helpful with our selections. Not too fancy and not very expensive for a group. Thank you!

Food took a little longer than usual but was still fairly quick compared to other restaurants. Fantastic food and as always helpful service and a very cute and traditional decor inside.

Loved the sea food teppanyaki, entrance is deceptive but great food and service.Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone keen on some Japanese food and Sake.

Sadly we weren't too impressed with our selections? .... Set course meals were just average.... With a little of everything being just too minimal ( three very small slices of green gherkin!?)one piece of tomato and cucumber.....? On dry slaw? Just not very excited in the end really..... Service polite but no real communications?....just ordering....? And the service staff stand around watching everyone eat??? Not unpleasant but not rushing back soon......

A very extensive menu and very friendly staff. The sashimi was outstanding, but the other dishes were a bit underwhelming. Some were extremely salty and very doused in soy sauce.

The food was really good, The disappointing thing is that there was a very long table next to us (approx 30 people) so we could not really talk which took away from the experience.

The food is always amazing at Roppongi. The hands rolls are served freshly made so the nori is still crunchy and delicious. Their set courses are filling and tasty. I've never had a bad meal here. Would recommend it to anyone who likes reasonably priced Japanese food.

Hot pot was really good. Great friendly service. Will definitely go back. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were really helpful and the beer selection was good.
