Excellent food but service a bit hit and miss. Younger wait staff not as attentive as the experienced ones. Some dishes didn't arrive until we asked about them.

Great food but service could be more friendly. e.g. Informing what desserts are included with the banquet menu. A smile from the waitress could also trigger a higher score.

Food was absolutely delicious, particularly the prawns and chargrill. Service from hostess who seated us was warm and wonderful. However waiter didn't cleared the plates from dinner for ages (1hr+?) and had to be prompted.

Service was slow & it want that busy. Food was great. Authentic Turkish food. Could have larger serves of rice on platter. Pleasing decor. Will go again.

Great food, plenty of it and good service too. Lots to choose from on the menu but any of the banquets will provide a good variety and selection. Will def be back.

Despite being Thursday night, and busy, the staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The food was great, if a little more than we could eat, and great value for money.

Service was good in the beginning when Restaurant was busy but unfortunately dropped off a little when it got quiet, all of a sudden we didn't get attended to anymore. I have eaten at the Restaurant many times before but this time I got a bit worried as half of the Staff members do not have any knowledge at all about GF Diet requirements. Hospitality staff should be more knowledgeable these days and make an effort to be informed. I was told Cream and Rice had Gluten, as a Coeliac I know it hasn't. Food was excellent as always!

That's great !!! We have a happy dinner. Pide is good. All dish so wonderful. Next time, we will have a dinner again. Thank you.

Great food and atmosphere, polite and prompt service .We where late arriving and it was no problem with the staff finding us a great table .
