Great food and atmosphere. Excellent coffee. Will try cakes next time
I chose many different things and deviated completely from the menu Nothing was a problem. It was such a delightful experience in every way!
One of the best brunches in Sydney. Perfect place for families too with a well equipped play area out the back and fab kids menu.
Great food & Coffee. I love this place and come regular.
Absolutely loved it! Where to start? This was my first time at Shuk Bondi and I could not be more impressed. The atmosphere is casual yet classy, the staff efficient and very charming. We ordered several dishes and the Shakshuka and Pancakes were standout winners, followed closely by the cauliflower with Labna. Innovative, laid back and utterly delicious. I surely will be back many times.
This cafe was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The food is fresh and flavoursome. Staff are professional and the service is excellent-prompt, friendly and attentive. The menu provides an extensive range of foods for all culinary preferences and ages. The children were very well catered for on the menu. They had a great time in the kids play area. We will be visiting again! Thank you to Shuk for taking such great care of us.
Nestled in the suburban streets of North Bondi, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, Shuk is a great little cafe. The service is a little slow and not overly welcoming, but the ambience is great, especially in the shaded courtyard, and the food is phenomenal and reasonably priced for large serves. For those dining with young children, the fenced play area is a god send and kept our little one engaged for 90 minutes. Highly recommend. If the service improved this would be the perfect brunch spot.
Went here with friends- easy to book. Got a table outside in the sun which was lovely. Absolutely loved the octopus and falafel entrees. The mains we ordered were the beef cheeks and pumpkin salad. Both were fine. It nothing spectacular- the slaw was too gluggy, needed a lighter tangy dressing. The dessert was a major disappointment- lemon meringue with pineapple and coconut icecream but all you could taste was pineapple, it was basically a scoop of ice cream and pea size meringues. Service was really attentive, nice relaxed place. Note labne seems to make its way into majority of their meals.
They go beyond making the occasion perfect first we got seats inside then decide to go outside then it was to hot so wanted to go back inside with a pram needed a little extra room .no problem the staff arranged for us even supplied s candle and little cake for my granddaughters birthday perfect lunch perfect day thank you all fir caring
Lovely healthy meals and good portion sizes. We enjoyed the shared starters a good selection and the flatbreads were a standout. Very nice ambience for a group of 6 to catch up. Also generous with glasses of wine. The menu is a good size with a great range of selection for everyone. We look forward to returning to breakfast in the future.
