The food offering at Spin the Spoon keeps Turkish tradition alive through classic dishes like iskender, hurrem sultan (marinated grilled chicken with rice, chef’s special sauce and mashed potato), and kuzu kapama(roasted lamb shanks with vegetables and rice). The Brisbane restaurant features a wide range of vegetarian options including vegetarian pide, mix mezze with roasted and stuffed vegetables, falafel and mujver with yoghurt and garlic sauce, and the delicious vegetarian clay pot.
