i love superhiro, and every time i go i’m not disappointed

Delicious food only issue was the gyoza came out cold, felt like perhaps that prt of the order was forgotten to be brought out as it was the last item to arrive but first thing ordered

All the supposedly seared nigiris were served heavily refrigerated/cold. I expected these to be made to order as has been the experience at other Japanese eateries with bookings. Was given a table on the upper floor and there was poor ventilation as the air con was no switched on and only one side window was open.

Meals came out staggered and one forgotten. Asked staff and was told it was on the way. Waited some time longer then asked another staff member who spoke to kitchen and finally got it sorted. Was upsetting as the only meal waiting on was for the birthday boy. Another couple issues. Found was nice enough though.

Lots of options from ramen, udon and soba to curry rice and bento set! The prices are very affordable and services are good as well. There’s a robot waitor serving food which’s quite a fun element of the dining experience. Would definitely visit again!

The food was delicious, however one of the dishes was cold when it arrived at our table. The robot waiter upstairs was a cute novelty, but not really necessary (and got in the way of movement) due to the small dining space.

Food was delicious and fast service. However, would be good to make it clearer cannot use promoted payment method such as Liven on weekends and there’s surcharge so a bit pricy for the size of the dishes.

Great view from our table up on the first floor and the robot food delivery was very unique and fun. Delicious gyoza, but tofu and eggplant was sensational.

Not impressed with the weekend surcharge and double dipping of surcharge each time we ordered. Eg. Drinks top up

While the sashimi was great the tempura was bad. Not tempura. Coated in a heavy batter it was bad. The teriyaki chicken was cooked chicken with sauce thrown on it ordinary.

Every thing was amazing, love this place, great food !
