As usual, everything was delicious. Will be coming back again!
Always great food and fantastic service. I’ve been coming to Szechuan Garden for 10 years now. The chilli chicken in a wok is the best!
Superb authentic Chinese food. We enjoyed lamb pancakes, pork rib & delicious eggplant topped with pork, accompanied with special prawn fried rice. We've been coming for years (since they were in Chandos St) and the quality is always top notch. BYO wine is always appreciated.
As we mentioned earlier, Szechuan Garden showcases dishes from both Hunan and Szechuan cuisines. In terms of the Szechuan dishes on offer in this St Leonards restaurant, you should expect a wide spectrum of flavours including bitter, sour, spicy and salty, while Hunan features pungent, smoky and peppery flavours with plenty of steaming, braising and stir-frying happening. We recommend kickstarting your meal at Szechuan Garden with starters of chilli lobster tail, chilli chicken crunch and spicy seafood san choy bow.
Then, it’s time to delve headfirst into some flavourful mains at Sydney’s Szechuan Garden. If you’re a meat lover, tuck into the house Mongolian lamb fillet, sizzling steak with black pepper and mushroom or house-braised pork ribs, while seafood fans can fill their boots with spicy scallops with sugar snaps, Szechuan Garden’s special salt and pepper calamari or Chinese-style John Dory. With plenty of vegetarian and rice dishes as well, no matter your preference, you’ll be in for a Chinese meal like never before at this St Leonards hotspot. You’ll find it along the Pacific Highway in North Sydney and we can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!
